Joy at Joy Home Design has staged many listings for me over the past few years. Her designs are always "house-appropriate" and get raving reviews. The décor she chooses matches each room perfectly, and the furniture looks great. One extra-nice touch is that she has many different furniture options and can match the furnishings to the house layout and feel. More than once, I've had buyers ask to purchase her staging items. Joy is easy to work with, and has always been able to accommodate the needs of my sellers.

Staging is so much more than decorating. It was poorly done. A clock was hung on the wall and they didn't even put in a battery. The furniture was scratched. The shower pole was yellowish in color. Fake flowers were placed in the kitchen. A cheap basket that couldn't of cost $1.00 was used and 3 pieces of fake fruit. It would are truly a designer you would have used lemons in a vase. The decorate was terrible. The furniture and mirror placed had finer prints all over them. Very dissatisfied. First having to use a stager and would not recommend this service. A lot of money for a poor job

I used Joy staging company 8 times in a 3 year period and had 3 other friends that used her company. We always had the same complaint that the furniture was old, outdated and in bad condition. We all spoke to her several times about it and she got very defensive, saying that no one else has any complaints about her staging items. She would fix things and then the next time she would put the same junk in our houses. The last time that I called her to swap out a heavily scratch table and 2 other items, she said she would be charging me a $100 travel fee. I had enough with her and the Goodwill garbage she was displaying in my houses. Truly the staging items looked like from the Goodwill store..

Thank you to Joy and her team! I have used their staging services numerous times and have been very pleased. She is organized and has her own stock of furniture. Too many times I have tried to use stagers who claim to have their own inventory but, in reality, they have to go out and buy or rent everything which then jacks up the prices, time to stage, etc. Joy is ready with packages of furniture and accessories to stage your vacant house immediately. She also has her own trucks to deliver and will not have to coordinate moving companies to be of assistance. If you are looking for a quality stager look no more. I highly recommend you call Joy!
