Restoration Hardware Outlet at Tanger Riverhead is a great place to purchase high quality furniture. At the outlet, the prices are discounted from your normal store, but they aren't heavily discounted so you'll still pay a pretty penny. I love to go for interior ideas and for deals!! Definitely check what you like before purchasing. Some items have knicks and minor damage, but I've never seen anything severe. Go check them out! Their stuff is always worth a look!!

I love this store! The staff is amazing! They called me and texted me when a dining table was available during the thanksgiving holiday! I was even able to get their third party delivery company to deliver the table within the same night! I bought such a beautiful dining table at such a good deal!!!

Fantastic experience every time. Wide inventory selection. Staff are super friendly, authentic and helpful. Offer up sound advice and take the time to understand what you are looking for and will look up what in their inventory might work or if not, direct you to the online store. So wonderful that we have this outlet in the area and people who take a genuine interest in you.

Only a few of the employees are friendly. The rest are very snobbish and not very helpful. While we have found some decent deals there, our latest experience soured our desire to shop there. We had an eye on a piece of furniture there with an additional 25% off storewide, but decided to hold out for a better sale. Recently, everything went on sale for 40% off and we decided to head back to make our purchase. Come to find out that they increased the "outlet price" by $1600 from the price 2 weeks prior and it ended up costing more than the price at 25% off. They are allowed to price their merchandise however they want, but be wary of the 40-50% off storewide sales because they are not always the better deals.

We like RH, but the RH Outlet prices actually aren't much better than the Member Price at the regular Restoration Hardware store because the outlet price is taken from the Non-Member Price. Considering that the items at the Outlet are sold as-is and often damaged, it doesn't seem to make much sense to buy from the Outlet when you can get 25% off at the regular RH store with a $100 Membership. We learned this lesson the hard way. We purchased a marble dining table at the RH Outlet in August and it has already cracked in several spots, despite the fact that we've only used it 3 times. This is obviously a product quality issue, but neither the RH Outlet or Restoration Hardware's customer service will do anything for us since we purchased it at the Outlet. This is extremely disappointing and we not shop at the Outlet again.

We are not idiots! This is still an outlet! Use to really like this store but I'm surprised with the bad shape of the future and the high prices. I think after they change the manager the store changed for worst. She or he might of got greedy because of how popular this store got and is trying to get more money out of us for lesser quality merchandise. What a scam...

Don't buy their sheets. (1) After my first purchase I found several pin holes when I got home. No returns accepted. Upon detailed inspection in the store I found several more sheets for sale with holes in them that were not labeled. (2) Some of the sizes are wrong. Second purchase, bought a fitted king and at home realized its actually a cal king. (3) Their sheets are not organized, especially linen, and some not labeled, you have to open up everything, which is why its such a mess. (4) Overall both of very poor quality and not worth even the discounted price.

I can’t believe how rude and unhelpful the people who work there are! This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, just the first time I’m ticked off enough to leave a review. I called asking if they had the large robe hooks in stock. The woman (Tracy) replied, “I do, but I have no idea what we have. I would have to go back there and dig through the box myself”. Uhhhh yeah, so what’s your point lady?! Isn’t that your J.O.B???? I’m sorry I’m asking for your assistance! Unbelievable

Stock is ALWAYS exactly the same. Why does the staff act like and treat people like they are superior? Sorry hunny, it’s an outlet store, try and be happy. I have purchased a four nice pieces over time, but be careful for damaged items as they are not forthcoming.
