Eric Cohler Design was recommended by a friend. He oversold what he could do and fraudulently claimed he completed items he had no clue how to complete. Eric Cohler is a fraud. He claims to have an architect on staff which is entirely false. For the actual “work” performed on our project, he was either late, incomplete, or didn’t do anything at all and claimed he did. The only good thing I can say is that I feel I’ve learned more so how to recognize a snake-oil con-artist like Eric Cohler.
