Nancy was amazing and followed up multiple times to make sure we got our delivery and were happy with it. It's well worth the price for the quality of the furniture and level of service you get here.

Just moving into a new apartment and this place has all the nice things that we need and want. Some things maybe a little bit overpriced for the quality is definitely there. The staff is very friendly and parking is plentiful. Everything is well laid out and show them ways to give you ideas for your new place.

Be careful when purchasing furniture. Ola our sales rep told us “4-6 weeks for custom furniture” and now it’s “10-12 weeks” and “why didn’t we read your receipt”. The store is the worst and they dont Care about customers or repeat business.

The worst customer service in the furniture department. The second floor is just out for your money. They lied to us about delivery dates. Stick to the first floor when buying at this store or go online. No point in shopping here.

I love this place and own a lot of furniture, dishware, and many other things from them, but I've had such bad experience with them and their delivery. Took 4 different deliveries to get a table and four chairs and when I ordered my couch it came without the sectional. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they did refund me my delivery charge and the manager did send me a gift card as a gesture.

I give this store 5 stars. I am fairly clueless about home decor and found the salespeople to be absolutely professional. My specific salesperson, Nancy, was amazing at trying to draw from me what look I was trying to achieve in my home. She provided many options and suggestions and was never pushy. Once my items were delivered to my home, she called to check that I was completely satisfied. I felt as though I had a personal shopper - the entire experience was excellent!

In response to the comment by, "Google User." This is so NOT a "RACE" issue. Regardless of the shade of one's skin, the profoundly unfriendly sales associates treat most people with the same air of contempt. The attitudes exhibited toward customers are best summed up by these two words, disdain and indifference. And, forget it if you ask them a question about an item; the look on their faces reveal such effrontery that you would even deign to disturb them. This attitude, this conceit, that "They" are doing "YOU" a favor by acknowledging you, is stunning! It doesn't end at the register either. Upon checking your items out, they never make eye contact with you or smile or show ANY sign of friendliness. They do however talk between themselves while pretending that the customer handing over their money or charge card barely exists; further cementing their utter lack of customer service. This is a wonderful store offering wonderful products. It is a store in which I look forward shopping in however, the attitudes of these associates must change as they are doing a great disservice to the store's image.

Everyone agrees with me that this is not cheapest furniture store. As we ordered the sofa and dinning table however they stayed with my payment during a month just postponing the delivery for several reasons. NEVER WILL COMEBACK!!! Bad customer care

Placed a pick up order for wine glasses. They put in used ones with watersports and no tags. Didn't discover this until I got home. Too much hastle to do a return. Will not trust that location again to fulfill online orders.

Came in for an engagement gift. I was surprised how reasonably priced items were. Plus, I had a very helpful associate (Althea) help me pick out something appropriate for the occasion. There are two levels to this store, but, I only shopped the ground floor. Nicely layed out floor plan, but do be careful when hauling your oversized purchases out the door. Many breakable items are in your path to leave the store. I was here on a Friday afternoon and there was no trouble finding parking, even though it does have an adjacent Home Depot parking lot. Will shop here again when the occasion calls for it. Because this is in Paramus (Bergen County Blue Laws) they are open Monday-Saturday. No Sunday shopping.

The worst shopping experience of furniture! Very unreliable service! I have shopped through online and made a delivery schedule on 8/20. After that, I made a phone call to see if I could change to 8/21 or not. But the service staff unbooked my first schedule so I didn't have furniture on 8/20 and switch the earliest shipping day to 8/23. I had been waiting until 8/23 but I still didn't receive any furniture, the staff said that the driver can't contact with me through phone but how can they didn't even knock the door? The staff promised that the driver can circled back to my location no later than 5 p.m on 8/23 but still I didn't get any because the staff said it was due to the truck break down issue. The result is I finally got my furniture on 9/1 but I have been sleeping on the cold floor from 8/20 to 9/1, almost two weeks. And I didn't receive any official apology and reimbursement. I do recommend: do not shop Crate and Barrel furniture, just find someone else Very terrible experience!

The prices are too high and is not as great as it seem plus they rubbed me for vase I can get$20 or $30 sometimes less in homegoods or even pier 1 import here charged for samething for $80 over price,plus they expect you to buy something as soon u walk here otherwise they give nasty look like why u here,I can't look much if not buying next time
