Kari works hard for her clients and, while very much involved in the decision making throughout the project, she is willing to defer decisions to the clients preferences. She is focused on pleasing the client and putting the clients style choices ahead of her own when necessary while always suggesting alternatives. We worked together on a Boulder property that was 2 condominium units in a historic building. Her sense of modernizing a historic property while paying respect to the time period turned out to be spot on. The mixture of old and new created a timeless design that achieved both comfort and high design.
