Today while walking by, an employee here had an off leash dog. It's a busy intersection and the dog was startled when I walked by, and I said "you should put a leash on your dog". The owner threatened me multiple times after that and was clearly looking to fight over nothing. Who do you employ? Seems like a liability for you, someone on staff threatening passers by.
