One service call after large investment: I was IGNORED --------I had shopped around for a closet system for our master closet I was completely happy with my purchase until 1 1/2 years after instillation I had the laundry door bracket fall off. I had chose this company because of its reviews AND location. It touts a lifetime warranty and the company is 15 miles from my home. Unfortunately when I called I was met with a completely rude employee, who doubted how this bracket had broken (accusatory tone) and stated this had never happened before. A service tech came out and told us that the bracket was installed with the wrong screws. I explained this issue in a letter written to the manager Michelle Reznik 3 weeks ago I was wondering if anyone heard from her? Because I sure haven't.

My wife and I had our closets custom designed by another national closet company over 5 years ago, and from day one we were never 100% satisfied. The purpose of doing our closets was to keep everything neat and organized. We contacted the original company several times and for them to come back to make adjustments and suggestions, unfortunately nothing was working. In July we decided to visit Closet and Storage Concepts in Marlton to see what they have to offer. Needless to say I stopped by their showroom and 8:45 in the evening and the door was locked as I stopped after normal business hours. As I was walking away a lady came to the door to see if I needed help. I told her I would come back during regular office hours. She insisted on me coming in to at least get an idea of what they offer and to also give me a brochure. Her name was Chris by the way, super sweet lady and she was there with Allison, also very sweet and helpful. We spoke for a few minutes, I explained my situation and both Chris and Allison couldn’t be any nicer and kinder then to help me at night when they should have been home. But no, they proved that they care and wanted to make sure I understood everything they could do. Chris set up a consultation at our house with Amy who is a salesperson. She met my wife within a few days and was honest, not pushy and very up front with what she thinks would work best. In fact, she didn’t want to see us waste our money and suggested we reorganize our current closet. It still wasn’t working so I told my wife to go ahead and just allow Amy to design all new closets throughout entire house. Any went ahead and took measurements and did the layout. Within a few days we received the quote and within minutes I signed the contract and called in my deposit. Within a few weeks the closets were ready to be installed. They called to schedule the installation and the crew arrived on time, installed everything as shown on the layout and completed everything within the time frame they told me. The crew cleaned up their mess which wasn’t a lot, but I didn’t have to ask them to and they went over everything with us and they were on their way. I would definitely suggest Closet and Storage Concepts over the other companies without a doubt. Try and ask for Amy she is the sweetest person you can imagine. And actually everyone I spoke to in the company was very helpful, accommodating and professional from start to finish. Wish I had more closets to get done. Now our closets are 100% perfect and the layout and design is amazing!

I had 4 consultants come to my home and they were all great. My husband and I had never done this before and wanted to make sure that our (mine) master closet was going to measure up to my specifications and needs as well as quality. Previously I removed my closet door which was preventing me in getting behind the door and felt very tight. My clothes was just hanging lifelessly. I had the consultation with Danielle and she just had the right idea to design my closet. We went through several changes and she was within my budget. We couldn't believe how quickly the installation took. I think the installer's name is (John) he blew me away. He cleaned up everything and even spots on the carpet. Highly recommended company that meets your expectations and budget. Go with Closet & Storage Concept you wont be disappointed. BTW I have several more projects coming their way. I purchased a wall bed from Closet & Storage Concepts after visiting showrooms from several vendors, and getting a detailed design and quote from one of them. I decided to try one more, and was glad that I did -- Closet & Storage Concepts was better than the others in areas important to me. First, they had a large variety of wood products and stains, and nice looking traditional looking wood fronts to the bed cabinets. Also, they allowed for a 12” deep mattress, while other wall bed vendors were limited to less than 10”. These days, quality mattresses tend to be thicker, and 12” was the minimum in the mattress vendor I preferred. Then came the price, they were significantly more reasonably priced than some of their competition. As for installation, everything went smoothly. They showed up on time on the date promised. The two installers were clearly professional woodworking craftsmen – they even cut the crown molding on site, like it was a piece of cake. I couldn’t be happier with the process from beginning to end. I’ve already recommended them to a friend of mine.

I was delighted when I came home and saw my new bedroom closet for the first time. The work was clean and complete when I first saw it. To get us there was lead designer, Elyce O'Malley, who took her time to be sure she understood our needs and was able to point out any issues with the space. She had solutions for all of the constraints in the space and took the time to be sure I understood. I loved the advise I was given on the colors that would perfectly match my furniture and flooring. This project was completed on a very tight timeline.

Kind of a psuedo rating as I was not able to actually work with these folks. They advertise a showroom with hours from 10-5 daily but were not open for an entire weekend (not even a holiday weekend). They had a note next to the door saying they would be closed on Saturday but came back Sunday, yes they should be open from 10-5, and door locked. I called the number, left a message, went to see a movie and no return call even hours later. Why have a showroom if you cant provide advertised hours?

I had a horrible experience with closet and storage concepts in Longmont. I was promised that they would accept competitors coupons and I even followed up in writing what was promised ahead of time. After creating the design they quoted me over $6k for an entertainment center and then refused to take my coupon as previously promised. Pricing is significantly overinflated. Owner Isaiah would not help at all even after I explained to him my situation. I will take my business elsewhere and so should you.
