Atelier designed a new kitchen for my home in the fall of 2016, updating a 1992 typical galley style to make it an open kitchen with an island. I am extremely happy with the results! I don't have a natural instinct for decorating, but I know generally what I like which is pretty boring/traditional. Erika helped me think outside the box while not going entirely crazy. Erika was always responsive, understanding and calibrated well to my style. I LOVE my new kitchen. Erika brought in a high quality contractor and appliance company and I am happy with their work. I would use Atelier and Erika again without any hesitation. Thanks Erika!!

Atelier turned our house into a home! From the outset Erika was a patient listener, and she carefully assessed and re-assesed the scope of the project month-to-month, to keep priorities up front and costs down. Erika was instrumental in every decision, from the gorgeous custom window treatments, rugs, and lighting, to the paint colors and bedding in the master suite, and penny tile on the children's bathroom floor. I love the way her international travels merged with my desire for an authentic, eclectic aesthetic, resulting in a beautiful blend of Italian chandeliers, Moroccan accessories, and a one-of-a-kind kitchen backsplash in earthy blues and greens. Atelier is fastidious with their billing and invoice system, so I could constantly monitor the progress and scope of the project. They never placed an order without fist presenting a written statement of the cost of each item, and obtaining my written approval. When a dresser developed a crack in a drawer, Atelier had it replaced immediately with no cost or fretting on my part. Finally, it has been a pleasure getting to know Erika and Katie--the decorating project is complete, but we will never let them go!

Erika at Atelier has exceeded our expectations on every level- professionalism, budget, quality, etc. Her design skills are off the charts (and, she is fun!). They took our vision and made it a reality. Our home is being transformed into the perfect sanctuary for our family. We were a little hesitant to take the plunge and work with a designer to help us decorate our new home. But after meeting with Erika at Atelier, we felt like they could help us spend our money and make the biggest impact. We blew our initial budget out of the water (we did so much more than we initially thought we would), but we couldn’t be happier with the way everything has turned out! Erika really pushed us out of our comfort zone and challenged us to think differently, which opened our minds to new design ideas, colors, and textures. Our home is much more contemporary than what we originally had envisioned, but now we crave color and texture more with each room we decorate.
