Not helpful and bad customer service

They just finished replacing all the carpeting in our 2-story, 2100 sq ft home with beautiful laminate flooring. They worked with us to select the product, provided a detailed, reasonable estimate, and we set a start date. Their expert installers showed up on time and completed the project a day earlier than estimated. Their installer is an artist, blending the new floor with the existing base boards to creat a beautiful result. The stairs exceed our most optimistic expectations. This project went well from the time we walked into their store until the installer pulled out of our driveway.

Big rip off and they cannot coordiate a simple order properly and charge you for their screw up

They seem to be downsizing, with half their showroom closing & up for rent. Some of their tile offerings look promising, but the young people at the front desk did not seem knowledgeable about the products.
