Very very helpful staff - I stopped by to pick up their book for my mom, and the designer helped explain what stock would and wouldn't be available coming up in the future, and also showed me some available pieces on the floor. It's a beautiful store, my family loves Ethan Allen's style, and we will continue to be customers there!

Although resolved quickly, a few headaches with returns kept us from giving 5 stars. However, our design consultant, Amy Bingman, was worth every hiccup because we felt like she advised what was best for our home and our personal likes and not just trying to sell furniture. We recommend Ethan Allen for its quality furniture and the personal attention you can't get at any other store in Little Rock.

I saw this really beautiful sofa on a commercial and I paused the tv then I realized it was from Ethan Allen. I went in to the store the very next day. I couldn’t really explain what I was looking for. I could say that it was a pink looking tufted sofa. A sales association knew immediately what I was talking about. She came out to my home helped me to pick out a beautiful chandelier to match the sofa. It was an amazing experience. The only issue I had that still bothers me almost a year later is that it took almost 5 months to receive the sofa that kinda killed my spirit. Overall, I absolutely love my in furniture! The associate was really nice too.

My mom used to shop here for everything that we had back in the day. Now I wonder why I don't see more Ethan Allen stuff around... some free marketing advice. If y'all changed locations, it would be game over. With all the changes that have happened right there at that curb, and all the people trying to get home, the store is almost missed sometimes before it's to late. And then, as a football lover, you all should partner up with the NCAA or the NFL and customize designes for guys that want the ultimate man cave. Or the awesome lady who wants to customize it for her man. Keep it though, you guys are awesome.

Amanda was very helpful and friendly. She never made us feel pushed to buy a certain product and was very friendly. Amy and Mark were helpful too. Waiting on furniture for the living room now so more later about quality etc. we have been told it will take 12 weeks for the furniture to arrive.

My experience with Ethan Allen Little Rock has also been exasperating. After calling 3 times regarding order status - and being told once they would get back to me but they did not - I had to call the store manager. Still waiting on my order of 2-26 to be completed - I found overall customer service to be extremely poor particularly to someone who has spent well over $20,000 dollars with that store. My experience with EA elsewhere has been good - I will not do business with this one again.
