The experiences that I have had have been top notch. The physicians are kind, and courteous. They really do care about the patient, they include the patients family in the care of their loved ones. Family members can ask questions about the care of their loved one and the question is usually answered. If asked would I recommend Mountain View Regional Hospital the answer would be "YES" Charamaine Tullock

Over the past twenty five years I've had five back surgery's. The last one performed by Dr. Kim. Very happy with her diagnosis and the outcome of the surgery. Pre-op personnel were professional and friendly. Post-op nurses on the other hand were the worst I ever experienced. I made a number of request for help to use the bathrooms but the nurse was to busy. Ended up getting out of bed on my own and walking to the bathroom. 30 minutes later CNA came in and said I shouldn't unplug IV pump. I ask her for pain medication, she said nurses were still busy... I would have to wait. This was a terrible experience. Would expect better care for $80,000.

I was very impressed with the staff and the quality of care Mountain View offered. I was scared but they recognized that and they calmed me without me saying how scared I was. I received top notch care and now wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a top quality surgery center. This next part of my review may seem unimportant but may just be the most impressive to me, when I was in recovery and hungry, they brought me a beef filet mignon with shrimp, salad and a chocolate shake. Went there for a knee mri, and told them I was very claustrophobic, used the "open" mri machine, and they proceeded to crank the bed so high I had the flange of the upper deck an inch away from my face. I called it off before starting and walked out. Still can't figure out why they had to have the bed of the machine that high when everything I read on that particular machine says it wasn't necessary. The techs were really nice from start to finish, but not sure they really knew what they were doing.

If I could give a million star's I would. I had severe pain and very limited movement for over 20 year's. I received a badly botched surgery from surgeon's at Orthopaedic Center of the Rockies over 20 year's ago, they also told me their surgery was a one time shot and could never be repaired or performed again. I suffered for all those year's and then I met Dr. Kopitnik. His professional expertise and referral's to thoroughly examine the damage done and his reassurance that he could indeed relieve a lot of my pain and repair the mess these "surgeon's" did. He did indeed perform 3 of my surgeries and referred me to Dr. Kim to look at the lumbar injury I suffered at the same time, but luckily did not have surgery at that time on. Dr. Kim and her assistant performed my surgeries on my lumbar back. My stay at their hospital was like no other. They are attentive and truly do seem to care. I only had one thoughtless person approach me there, and the DON made a fast appearance in my room to reassure me that the person was in the wrong and that most definitely was NOT their policy. I tell people nationwide about these skilled professional's, and refer them here for the very best in medical care and treatment. They are truly the very best. There is not one negative word I have for all the staff at both the hospital and clinic. I have used a couple outreach clinic's of their's as well. They are a superb group and The ONLY Dr's. I will ever allow to work on me. They do go above and beyond. And the food is amazing as well.

Well had a major surgery and well they got paid over $80,000.00 in full and lost health insurance waiting on medicaid they will not even talk or see us unless they get paid 100% in full payment up front so they do not care that now there is a problem from the surgery I will NEVER NEVER tell someone to go to this place

I came to Mt. View after another visit to another local hospital "ER/pain" and not receiving any verification of anything wrong. "But did receive the wonderful gift of staph". A week later and still in unbarrable, I sought out a second opinion. After a few test and scans they discovered 2 broken ribs, one in need of surgery. The doctors were prompt and knowledgeable to get me the care I needed. Everyone here treated me as I was their #1 concern. Thanks to all! Will never again second guess where to go in times of emergency.

I went in for emergency appendicitis. Dr Saydjari is a great surgeon. I was treated well and with respect. The issue came up when I received my bill from the anesthesiologist. Apparently Dr Knoll the anesthesiologist there feels he's the cats meow and charges twice the going rate. My insurance company covered most expenses except what this Yahoo charges. It's a shame as my experience there was good. I will not be going back to the hospital for services until they get rid of this crook. I have tried to work with his billing company (which is in New Jersey) and they are clueless. I have tried to stop by the hospital and talk to him but his office does not talk billing and refers me to New Jersey.

Pleased with the quick admission, service, and cleanliness of the hospital. Will not go to Wyoming medical center ER unless absolutely necessary, will have to wait 2hrs+ there!

took my husband their last night and the staff was super nice but in the end the refused to give my husband his perscription with out a 100 fee which we didn't have to do because of our insurance and when I brought that up to them they said it was to insure them about us. We'll I will NEVER go their again because of that they wouldn't give him his medication so they waisted our time. I called to complain about it not long ago and they said that's how they do things in Florida and at their sister hospitals I guess it just shows how much they care about their patients.

Mountain View Regional Hospital is a top notch facility. The doctors are skilled and compassionate, The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. If one needs a procedure done, we would recommend this hospital.

Had appt with Dr. Kim she was an hour and 40 minutes late. Then severed me out. Don't recommend her unless you have a lot of time to waste.
