The only good thing I can say about this hospital is Dr. Morgan and his staff are amazing... On the other hand the radiologists are a joke. I have had the run around for a week, because a certain radiologist did not want to do a needle aspiration to drain fluid and test it due to where the fluid was being drawn from. I was able to have my original Dr. call and set up a time for a different radiologist to do the needle aspiration and relieve some of the pressure I have built up ( which is very painful and really no longer bearable) I got a call a few days later with the hospital cancelling on me! because neither radiologist wanted to touch me due to where the fluid is at. Remind you we have no idea what this fluid is or why so you would think this is somewhat emergency to know. I would not recommend this part of the hospital for anything serious. If I have a serious infection and it has gone longer than it needed to because of no one wanting to do their job even after Dr. orders then this will be very unfortunate and makes the hospital look worse.

The first week of April 2017 I had a knee replacement done at this hospital. The staff were amazing, friendly, efficient and caring, The hospital was very clean, my single room was great - when you are not feeling well not having a room mate is a real plus. The food arrived hot and very good. I would highly recommend Star Valley Hospital. Sincerely, Linda

Horrible place of care, Doctors and hospital staff charge for services not given, charge for medications not given.....(my account and my insurance provider was charged for pain killer medicine that wasn't given , due to the fact that I'm allergic to it! If it was given to me I would have been deathly sick. However when you need stitches it's a hospitals standard pain med. The administration at Star Valley Medical are criminal and put false charges on insurance bills cause it's just to many line items to track. So charge the industry standard process and billing charges cause no one can track it...... This place will be under investigation for fraud very soon! Watch your local news! And to all you Morman locals request an itemized list and check it against the things administered during your care....... Every wonder why so many bill keeps being sent? Why can't Star valley Medical just collect the data once and send one bill?

Had hip replacement surgery in January. Total knee replacement surgery TODAY. This hospital rocks. Supper great people in the surgery room. The nurses an aids are the best. I would give them 10 stars on their care. Never had any problems or issues here. Highly recommended them. Dr Beck wow what can I say??? What a fantastic job he has done with me. He sits my do's an don'ts. The he knows me. An realizes my life style will not ALWAYS fit into his don'ts. He knows that I will bend them to fit me. But he also knows I won't push it. WOW! What a great experience, On 2-5-19 Dr. Sam Linford replaced my worn out hip at Star Valley Medical Center. The experience could not have been better. I have been told I am a rather demanding customer, but Dr. Linford and the whole team at Star Valley Medical Center exceeded all my expectations. The nursing staff was caring, attentive and always immediately available a the press of a button. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy folks were great at coaching and cheerleading. The food service, custodial staff, admissions and all the other folks that make a hospital run all did a bang up job. As I moved through the whole process, I noticed a lot of the staff smiling as they did their work.... this is a sure sign that people are happy at their jobs. The folks that run the hospital seem to know what they are doing and it shows. Well done!

I can honestly say that the medical staff at Star Valley Medical Center's Physician's Clinic is extraordinary! They're professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, & caring. They don't put insurance in front of people, which in this day and age, is a combination that's extremely rare. Therefore, I don't hesitate to travel a hundred miles for my doctor! Extraordinary Doctors are an endangered species, so when you find one, don't ever let them go!

Awesome staff and doctors. They took great care of me. My procedure didn't go as well as we thought, but the hospital and staffing were great! I recommend them to anyone! Thank you Star Valley Medical Center!

This place has a lot to offer for such a small town. They constantly strive to improve on the facility, the staff, and the feel. No it isn't perfect. So why the 5 stars. They saved my life once!! So, I am biased in the fact that they did their job well and that I am here today thanks to their staff and the doctors who take my hard case into their well equipped hands.

I would not waste your time with this hospital specially if your from out of town going in for a surgery that puts you on disability for a few months. They will not wait for you to get your bill all the way paid off they will Send you to collections. I made a payment that I could while I was out of work do to back surgery but that was not good enough for them. They just send it to collections less then 4 months they won't try to work with you and they will only call you once so don't miss your call if you do go to this hospital because they will not call again. The billing lady is very rude and not understanding at all. If you owe them thousands of dollars for a surgery be sure that you have the money to pay them right away!
