I wish I could give negative stars!!! I’m so angry with the people who are not taking care of my baby nephew!! Who doesn’t read test results before treating?!?! Especially in a newborn!!! Starving my poor nephew for no gosh da** reason!! How dare you even call yourselves caretakers!! Also, they did these “tests” without consent!! And inform my sister AFTERWARDS of pretty much EVERYTHING that’s going on!! If I wasn’t 6 hours away I would go in there and tell them this myself. I also will be calling around to see that this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I had to bring my daughter in for her newborn hearing screening. The nurse that was going to do her hearing screening wanted me to wait while she took her back, this nurse looked like she was strung out on drugs her face looked picked at and nails were chewed down to the point that they were bleeding. I refused to let her take my baby I went back with her. When I received my bill it was for over $300. If at all possible go to Denver or Laramie atleast, it's a joke that if you weren't dying before they will kill you here.

I was in a very bad accident May 6, 2016. Memorial ambulance EMTS and the ER. Sorry I don't know your names. The EMTS Acted fast and got me ready to go to a triage Hospital. Thankyou for all your services. I wish I could thankyou personally. God bless you all!

The medical staff is alright for the most part, but honestly the billing department is a joke. So un-professional. You will have a night-mare getting all the financial side of things taken care of. We go elsewhere as much as possible for this very reason.

The emergency room doctors and staff were absolutely amazing on our visit with my daughter around 5pm on January 22, 2019. They demonstrated compassion and understanding better than I've seen at any hospital in the country! Thank you for helping us get back on the road so quickly and for addressing my daughter's needs in such a professional manner!

if you can at all go to the ER (Emergency Room) in Laramie instead of the one in Rawlins. I was in and out of the ER about 8 times in a month for kidney stones and if you have had kidney stones you know that they hurt like hell. There was 6 out of the 8 times I was there I waited almost 3 hours to get processed or something for the pain. a couple times I would look out and they would be sitting in a circle just talking and laughing and was only 2 patients in the ER that night. I finally had to tell the Doctor that I needed something for the pain. I understand theres going to be times where your not going to be able to get in right away, but this was the worst experience iv had in a ER. the rest of the hospital was good. I had to stay the night a few times and the staff was great. my complaint is with the ER

I clutched out and fell down my cement steps the other day. I ended up at the radiology department at the hospital. Everyone at the hospital from the front desk to the xray department were wonderful. Took awesome care of me. It's great to have caring people in our community.

They should call the ER the waiting room!!!! Takes them 5 hours to do anything the staff just mopes about...why do we pay them for doing nothing if i done that at my job I would be fired on the spot!!!

Very crappy ER! My grandmother fell and I requested a wheelchair to bring her in. She told me it would be a while. I couldn’t leave her sitting in a hot car so I walked her in. Knowing she possibly broke or severely injured herself they made her sit in the waiting room in pain. The admission supervisor Abbie should not be making these decisions. She is not a nurse or a doctor! And he. Sit behind a desk and give dirty looks!

The Medical staff here is great. They have taken care of me several times and a few of my kids as well. The bill and office personnel leaves me wanting. They can never seem to hold up their wnd of the payment plans that are put in place. It is supposed to be an automatic with drawl every month. But over the last couple of years I have had to call and set everything back up a half dozen times. And on the most recent time it was like it was an inconvenience for them to assist me. They really need to find professional people that understand that those that are paying their bills are the ones paying their pay check. Stop being rude and do your job.

absolutely horrible service! broke my ankle and sat waiting in the back of the emergency room for 45 mins before recieving a x-ray. then an additional 40 mins waiting on a splint. Afterwards i was written a script for hydrocodone but not enought. They knew i would be down with a broken ankle for atleast 2 weeks before seeing a specialist yet only gave me enought to last a week. I then had to schedule an appointment with my primary care physician (for more money) so i can get the correct amount to last me until my appointment! I am severely disappointed with this! no wonder everyone told me to just take the pain and drive to casper or larami! i will never make this mistake again with a broken bone!

Worst hospital EVER!!! They have crappy doctors, they have a horrific financial department and trying to get through to them is nearly impossible. They continuously get information wrong such as your address (our issue) and then get all puffy and snippy If you try and correct the problem. This isn’t the first time. I will be taking my business to Laramie from here on out.
