They are very good at rehab and therapy, but horrible at GF diets, very inpersonal, and cold Dr's. SS worker was deceptive, dishonest, and unprofessional.

I've been absolutely amazed at the generous care this staff gives (not to mention the new facility in a beautiful lot). We've seen our share of facilities and this one is at the very top of our list. From the cleaning staff to the CNAs, RNs, OTs, PTs, speech therapy, to care management I've rarely seen such amazing care. I will always feel comfortable sending my loved ones here.

If you enjoy seeing a doctor for 2 minutes a day and getting charged $248 per day than this might be the place for you. Don't expect the doctor to do anything or help you though. Need to return to work? Plan on being on long term disability cause it's going to be months even if the therapists you work with every day say you are fine to return to work. Doctor Deutsch is terrible. If you get him, demand a different one right away. Communication is terrible. Expect lots of follow ups so he can charge his outrageous dr fee. Don't expect any communication. Going to his appointments are like talking to a wall. Can't answer any questions you have. Tells you he will get back to you with answers. Will not and forget about calling cause he won't return your call. Worst doctor ever!!! Not sure how he got his doctoral. That's not even the worst part. He will threaten and blackmail you to get what he wants.

My son suffered a severe spinal cord injury, I can never thank all of the people there that worked with him and our family to give him the best care possible. They have a team there that worked together to ensure all of his needs were taken into consideration. I will never regret choosing this facility to care for my son during his recovery. Thank you!

Not a good experience I thought this would be a good place but its not a good place to receive care The Social Worker Ericka could have been more infornative from the start of care The social Workers are the point of contact and they dont answer your questions Each department defers to another department You cant get answers to questions The doctors are never available nor do they answer your questions You are routed to another person If you want to be treated poorly by staff be sure to pick this place I chose it because of its ratings but found out it was a poor choice They are a nice building filled with staff that doesnt care about the patients nor families it serves. Dont choose this rehab for anything
