Having to wait 3 months for a 15 minute procedure. Received ointment and was told a pre existing issue id had thats years old and got bad for over a month would simply heal.

UW Health has changed. A few months ago reaching a scheduler and getting a same day appointment was pretty painless. However, that has all changed. Now there's a hold time that averages between 5-15 minutes before getting a scheduler, who then can't get you a same-day appointment but can get you in in 2-3 days. To see my primary care physician takes 6 months(!). I'm not sure when everything changed but it sure hasn't gone unnoticed.

The vending machines are healthy and diet but use at your own risk very good facility, clean bathrooms and friendly staff with an ATM and a pharmacy inside, much like all uw clinics it is smoke free so if you need to smoke do so in your car. there is an elevator but I have no idea where it goes besides down or up

Extremely disappointed with the billing of UW Dermatology. I have been twice in the past year and both times I have been sent outrageous bills for procedures that were not asked for nor told would be billed as "surgery" despite nothing being removed. When I called to discuss the bill, I was told I could submit for financial assistance but that requires you to send in your last two months of complete banking statements along with taxes and pay stubs. Ridiculous to ask for a person's bank account information!

This is a nice health care clinic in the far East side. It's a little tricky to get to off the highway. But once you have done it a few times, it's not so bad. I come here for skin care. I Really enjoy the staff there. Great doctors who really care about patients! Also a nice, clean, and comfortable facility.

Dr Baranski is the best healthcare professional I have met. He maybe short on bedside manor for some. Professional and caring for me.
