Hated this place as a kid but as an adult is close and convenient and we staffed with smart people.

One of THE BEST and most easy hospital visits I have been to. I have been treated very bad by lots of ER workers at other hospitals because I come in with a fever of 107° or something like that and then they basically just tell me that "it's not that bad and they just had someone come in with two finger cut off and I could have it worse"... I didn't complain to them that much at all. However at St Elizabeth's hospital they treated me properly and didn't treat me like I'm being ridiculous when I came in with horrible belly pains, they told me it's my human right to be in pain and no one else can tell me how bad it is really, they made sure do take all the steps to make sure I was ok, got me anything I needed, even a warmed blanket and I left feeling much much better I would say I went in with a pain of 6 and left with a 0 and they gave me a proper subscription that has helped me continue to feel better. Thank you for such a great hard working and loving staff!

If it wasn't for the Cardiology ICU at Saint Elizabeth's my mom would be dead right now. Both her carotid arteries were severely blocked. ( one at 90%). The doctors and nurses were amazing with mom's care. When she had surgery they kept us apprised of everything. Thank you Saint Elizabeth's

I went in at 3 am for an emergency appendectomy and every nurse and doctor and tech I interacted with was very nice and patient. It was a great experience.

Absolutely slow. Its 743 pm and we've been waiting since 400 pm for the doctor and nurses for my brother to be admitted to the psych ward... Does it need to take that long if hes been here before? If I get fired for being late to work, im contacting whoever is in charge of this hospital to complain.

Went here for a random drug screen for my work. First they keep me sitting there for hours,when the person finally comes,I inform her that if she'd come a couple minutes sooner I could have given a sample right away,because I'd just now went. She starts in with the are you refusing to take test(how the genius came to that conclusion, beats the hell out of me.)Then she calls my HR and try to give them the impression that I'm refusing,I had to yell out ,now I'm sitting there yell I'm not refusing, I just can't go at this time,which was the case.The person gives me a look,like omg,are you serious, I then say to her,look lady,if your have got off your butt and came before I'd went you wouldn't be on the phone now making things up(I wasn't real nice when I said it).Its beyond me why she did things the way she did,then again it isn't ,I've got my theory and I'm sticking to it.The only way I'd ever go to this hospital is if I'm on a stretcher.

Great hospital but went through ER to come see my sister tonight and lady at the front desk was rude. Asked that I wanted to see my sister and she disrespectfully asks "wanna what" and told me to "hold on" ..stood there for about 3minutes waiting for her to say something then I finally got okay'd to go through to see my sister. No smile from her and it seemed like she didn't even want to help direct me. I cannot believe the disrespect I felt especially since it's ER.

Quickly got in but waited awhile to see a doctor. It is an emergency room and I was not dying so I was low priority. Understand that and you will be fine. Make sure they have your current insurance information... Insist that they verify that or you may get stuck eating the cost, I did!
