I have always gotten great care at the Richland Hospital. Many people confuse the Richland Medical Center with the Hospital since they are in the same location. The nuses and staff at the hospital are kind and very helpful. Nursing was very compassionate when family have been admitted. We are fortunate to have a great hospital in our rural community. I would recommend the Physical Therapy, ER, Surgery, Cancer treatment, or Inpatient services to anyone. The OB nurses and staff are awsome, both my kids were born at Richland Hospital.

The staff in the Richland Hospital ED are super kind and compassionate, but also straight up great doctors and nurses. They saved my husband's life and have helped other family members through tough times. I am grateful that the Richland Hospital is so close to home. In addition, all three of my children were born there and all three of my grandchildren were born there. I could not ask for more. Truly wonderful people caring for us every time.

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. Would not recommend Richland Center Hospital to any person of color. Not only are the nurses rude and unethical, but the doctor is the same. They're not listening and their way of "treatment" is poor. The patient I brought here has been treated rudely and constantly disrespected by said doctor and staff. Hell I had to fight with them over giving me a note for my job stating that I brought her here. This hospital is senseless and unsympathetic. Horrible place.!

While I haven't been a patient at the Richland Hospital, I have worked here 4 years, and at 4 other hospitals over the course of my career. I would like to share my admiration for my RH coworkers and their dedication to quality and compassionate care. Everyone here is engaged in providing the best possible health care, and also working together to become still better. Also, RH is a not-for-profit community hospital, which means that local volunteer board members oversee the operations, and all decisions are made locally -- therefore doing what's in the best interest of local residents.

Very late on Saturday, December 22 (or early in the morning of the 23), I had to go to the ER due to massive kidney stone pain. A nurse Gunner treated me, and was absolutely incredible. He was proactive, advocated for my well being, and expertly drew blood with anyone problems and streamlined my pain medication (which, for kidney stone pain, is invaluable). I have been to ERs in California, Illinois, Florida, and Ohio --- and this was my most patient friendly experience ever. Thank you, Gunner!!
