Horrible service in the Ẻmergency Department...staff very rude, we passed several hospitals to get here thinking the care would be good but is by far the worse! Waiting 3 plus hours and constantly being told different things first there was 2 ppl ahead of us then a hour later its 3 ppl. Just rudiculous! Ì lf I could rate it 0 stars I would. No sense of urgency or règard for the patients whatsoever!

Purple Bread

Emergency room, resident, "doctor", Adam Haggerty, was extremely unprofessional and lacked patient compassion. He should really find another career. We drove all the way to Froedtert expecting to get 5 star care and this guy just made it a complete nightmare. He was very judgmental of past history and kept asking the same questions repeatedly, which had nothing to do with why I at the emergency room. Hopefully someday when he needs medical attention he gets the same kind of care he gives.

The billing is AWFUL!!! They don't send bills to the correct place, don't change your address when you ask, and they're terrible to deal with. Super rude and unprofessional.
