They made me wait over an hour and did not care I was in pain. They are mean and profile you! They did me. Very slow and they don’t care about you.

Wow...showed up 7:45 pm with my wife after she was involved in a 4 car accident and waited 2 1/2 hours to finally get admitted. She had a slight head injury, but onset headache and neck pain. Head innuries can be serious. Internal bleeding, etc...What a joke. Who knows how long we'll wait now for the nurse and doctor. So much for "emergency". At 11:00 pm finally saw Dr. Pulia. Very nice and informative, but man....this wait time is really unaccetpable. I know we are at the mercy and limitations of space and staff of the hospital, but yeesh. Felt like urgent care rather than ER.

Terrible facility, avoid at all costs. My wife showed up with what we thought was a sprained ankle. They did a bunch of tests and xtrays and confirmed it was a sprain ankle. The staff laughed at her when they didn't believe her pain levels. After 4 hours of her in agonizing pain, we were discharged in the same condition she came in as. 2 days later the pain had not subsided and she couldn't walk let alone sleep without being in excruciating pain. We went to our local doctor in Monona, and after 30 mins and 1 xray he confirmed she had a micro-fracture and had been walking on it for 2 days. Thank god he caught it, as she could have suffered life lasting complications due to this facilities incompetence. Be warned, the medical staff here are a joke and should all be tried for mal-practice.
