Stuff were busy with chit chatting while patient are suffering from pain. I send prayer for the nurse(who is just chit chatting), hope they won't feel the same pain as patient. They should also know that people are in waiting list outside by check in counter.

My husband's doctor recommended that we go to the ER based on his medical history when he experienced chest pain. We were taken to a room, seen by a PA, and my husband received several tests after which we were escorted to the waiting room. 4.5 hours later we still had not seen a doctor. Because my husband is diabetic and I did not want to drive the 45 minutes home after dark, we left. I completely understand and agree that other critical patients need priority, but I strongly think that there should be a protocol in place that allows a physician to review the tests and the PA notes, and if all is normal, instruct a staff member to inform the patient that all is well, see your primary for the test results, and go home. The ER staff were all excellent, I think the issue is ER protocol.

The longest wait ever, when you finally get in the back it is louder than a rock concert. Waited 5.5 hours to get taken back. Then another 1.5 hours to be seen. Never coming to this ER again.

I waited 3.5 hours and left around midnight. Called when I got home and asked how long the wait was. Was told the person waiting the longest has been there over 5 hours.
