I have been to a lot of hospitals in my life. Was taken here by ambulance bc of anaphylaxis. WORST HOSPITAL EVER. The doctor was very nice and maybe 2 nurses, the rest couldn’t care less and made me wait a completely unacceptable amount of time for an epipen. I thought I was going to die when my reaction was peaking (I didn’t know it would stabilize and it did so yay I’m not dead) and they let me just sit there for probably an hour before even moving me. Then they left me for another hour. They were overall completely and utterly indifferent, almost everyone was awful. Like I said, the dr I saw was good. One of the nurses was kind enough to sit with me in the lobby with a warm blanket bc I was too cold and monitor my vitals, and the nurse who gave me the shot. This place is ridiculous. I thought I was going to die on the floor right there. Thank you to the 3 people who were good to me. The rest...I wouldn’t let them provide medical attention to my dog.

called death valley... believe it.. worse treatment ever.. i was dumb enough to go back a couple times.. but last time they about killed me.. rushed from there to st. Mary's.. doc there gave me Valium to calm be down... it was that bad.. spent two weeks in st Mary's... and death valley will lie too you big time...

beyond sad when u try to call and get a HUMAN BEING yet only a robot answer machine tells u to leave a msg. Unacceptable !! Is this how u run a hospital for godsake ? drove 7 hours north to go to another eye doctor , thanx for nothing p v h

Some of the staff are excellent. The rest are extremely lacking in not only common sense but in bed side manner. Last time my mom was admitted we had to bath her, assist her to the rest room, or she would have been there over a week without end a sponge bath.

Went in to the ER. They gave me a prognosis instead of a diagnoses. They were wrong. They didn’t run any tests of any sort besides an EKG even though it wasn’t my chest. If I could give less stars, I would.

If I could get enough it negative stars I would. I am currently a patient who came in with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea with stomach pains. I was admitted by doc who said it was diabetic ketosis, came in room at 6 pm. From the time I got here until now I have had diarrhea 17 times, all known to nurses. The current nurse just looked up what to give me and there is nothing ordered. I have not even seen a doctor in last 24 hours. Was told by the nurse this morning I am here because of pancreatitis and the nurse just now said I was admitted for dehydration. These people don't even know what the hell is wrong. They do not give you the proper amount of medication you take at home and then wonder why your sugar is not lowering. (I'm diabetic and the have me on clear liquids). First the liquid diet given to me consists of juice, soda and jello that all contain sugar and is not to be given by diabetics. When I have spoken to the staff about these problems the look at me and just walk away. This hospital needs shut down until they can get real staff who know what they are doing and doctors who actually care for their patients a humans and not just a paycheck.
