I cut my finger and they had to do some stitches. Theyre really nice to me There, but it was a doctor from Portland there so i dont know how the real one is.

Dr. Ford has absolutely no bedside manner. He just stares and asks what he's supposed to be doing here in the er .Then goes on about waste of money when he's making top dollar and doesn't even pick up a stethoscope. Blood sugar in ambulance 34 he doesn't even recheck. NOTHING

This is the worst hospital I've ever been to. They treat each and every one of their patients like drug seeking addicts, the Dr's don't listen at all and will either interrogate you or change your words to fit their scenario. Dr in the emergency room today was kind enough to tell my son to shut his mouth and listen when he tried to correct the Dr after the Dr twisted my son's words. Rude. Poor service and people skills. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to these fools. My son hasn't had a bowel movement in over two weeks and has never had these issues before. After taking a full bottle of milk of magnesia within a week and still no results I took him to the ER. This appears to be a little more than just normal constipation. Upon telling the Dr that he can't have a bowel movement, what treatments we have already done, that he has a painful knot in his stomach, and being told the length of time since the last bowel movement he says oh you're just constipated. He recommends a bunch of stuff over the counter, doesn't do anything but listen for bowel sounds and when asking my son about his appetite, my son tells him he's hungry and can eat but his stomach is already full so he throws it back up, the Dr says oh so loss of appetite. No not lack of appetite, the child just told you he's hungry and can't hold the food down when he eats and when my son tried to tell him that he interrupted him but saying "you need to shut your mouth and listen". Whoa. Child or adult, your doctor's should never talk to any patient the way they do. Shame, shame, shame on you!! Anyway, purchased a enema and guess what the label says (given this is the Dr recommendation): do not use if you have had changes in your bowel movements in two weeks. Do not use if you have stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. Do not use if you have used a laxative already for a week. Hmmm. All 3 my son has. Makes no sense to me. Anyway, think long and hard before you place the care of yourself or your loved ones in the hands of the sadistic evil mean people. They are incapable of even pretending to care.

Horrible er staff. I came in there with my ankle the size of a grapefruit and all bruised. After telling them that i didnt want any medication i just wanted to know if anything was broke. The dr didnt even order xrays and sent me on my way telling me he wasnt going to give me pain meds. I would trust a vet clinic more than these clowns

This hospital almost cost me my life, they didn't have what I needed, so I had to pay a 3000.00 ambulance ride to another hospital, where they instantly took me to cath lab for two stents. Why did come here I had no choice, I asked the parametric to take me somewhere else, he told me they had to take me to morton.I don't want too tell my whole story but take my word don't go to morton .

Staff is extremely rude and lacks compassion empathy and respect. I would give them no stars if I could.

horrible place, the doctor that was provided was very rude and very disrespectful. the patient was majorly ill and needed attention immediately, the patient was even unconscious. the doctor stated that the patient was “faking” and “had some serious issues and needed therapy” and even chuckled. Also, a concerned family memeber called numerous times to get updates on the patient, and the person on the other line eventually said “stop calling”. this is not the first bad situation that we have experienced at this hospital.

WoW this place is terrible, My son and I had to stop here over the weekend because my 60 year old husband could not move his neck, he was in the worst pain I had ever seen him in, mind you my husband has had 6 back surgeries and is fused at 6 levels, hes got pain meds already, he was scared and so were we. THESE PEOPLE TREATED US LIKE TWEAKERS, LIKE ALL HE WANTED WAS PAIN MEDS. I said to the Dr. he has pain meds already, we need to know whats wrong, the very young Dr. replies well I guess we could do a CT scan but you'll have to wait and hour and a half. Really dude, there is literally nobody in here, and he says again, I can maybe give you enough medication to get home, again Dr. my husband has pain meds already. Needless to say, my husband who is pretty tough says just dischard me, I dont need anything from you or your hospital, my husband looked at me and said get me home, these people just think I'm a junkie looking for medicine. YOU SUCK MORTON HOSPITAL- WE ARE ALL JUNKIES PEOPLE, REMEMBER THAT. I cant wait to get the bill.

Thanks MGH! 24 hours of non stop heart attacks!!!! surprised im still here.

Basshoaalar Cheef

Worst communication and slowest service . Could have driven all the way to the city and gotten in right when I got there in the time it took waiting- for the smallest thing too.

Live in Olympia. Traveling through Morton and my Dad's neck seized up. They treated him horribly. A veteran and someone who has had over a dozen back surgeries should be treated with a little bit more respect. Shame on the Doctors and the staff.

Went with congestion in my lungs. First time was treated with breathing treatment and no x-rays. Given script of prednisone and sent home. Got some relief for a couple days. Went back and Doctor fixed me right up he was very nice took x-rays gave me meds breathing treatment and I got better. Also I did not have money to pay my copay and Morton hospital took care of it. Was treated as well as I have been treated at any major hospitals. Was and am glad they are there.

Clean campus with great customer service.

This hospital may be small, but the care I received here was most excellent. Debbie, at the front desk helped me get right back into a treatment room with kind and caring service. The ER nurse, Kathi, is one of the most caring kind , compassionate and knowledgeable RN's I have ever met!! She gave me excellent care with such a kind and reassuring spirit that is so rare to find these days!!. Dr. McCurry, spent a good amount of time assessing me an not just giving me the blow off. He also is very approachable, goes the extra mile in treating his patients with attention and respect and I would recommend him without hesitation. I would also like to mention Steve, the ER Technician. What a gentleman and caring man!!! He is very patient centered and was continually checking on me to take vitals and see if there was anything he could do to help me or make me more comfortable. In conclusion, I would like to thank Dr. McCurry, Kathi, RN and Steve, ER tech and Debbie at the front desk. If you need medical care in Lewis County , I would recommend Morton General Hospital wholeheartedly!!

I went to this emergency room with my hand cut open from a table saw injury. After about 5 mins of standing at the counter in severe pain , the receptionist finally acknowledged me standing there and rudly asked what I needed as if I was wasting her time. Then I go back where the nurse opened up and scrubbed my wound aggressively before the doctor came in to stich it up while talking condescendingly about my fear of needles. Then they finish by telling me it's against their policy to give pain medication because too many people were faking injuries to obtain them. I was horrified at that statment because I dont know how many people can fake a saw injury. Clearly the hipacratic oath means nothing anymore . These doctors with their God complex, dont care about patients who have obvious severe pain and will talk to you like an addict if you even suggest pain medacation. I recommend only going to this hospital if you have no other options and alot of patients.

Danny Coleman

Go here, if you want to die. Billing is a big scam also.

Steve Cochran

No giant lines to contend with and the building is clean and updated. Never had a major surgery or procedure but for the little things and urgent care this place can't be beat.

terry boyet

The nurses are carrying and the doctors are really kind. Especially Dr Anderson

Ginger Anderson

The staff are great. But Dr. Anderson, Dr. Otto need to learn to be kind not arrogant.
