Get ready for all the bills! Apparently the hospital center bills you for their services ($7000/hour mind you) and the doctor bills separately ($2000/half hour) with a statement that arrives three months later. The doctor was great but the services were incredibly simple and certainly not worth the exorbitant bill. Also, FYI, the doctors bill is through a separate billing agency and not the hospital so the hospital can’t tell ya anything about it.

I had to make an ER visit a few weeks ago on a Saturday night. Upon arrival there was no one in the parking lot and the wait time after arrival was literally one minute. The ladies as the front desk were helpful both coming in and leaving. As I mentioned I was seen immediately, the nurses were easy to talk to and nice. The only negative comment is the IV that was placed. I was left with a bruise for nearly two weeks because of it. Additionally, I was left to find my way back to the waiting room, albeit not far, I was on muscle relaxer so it wasn't the easiest and I would recommend helping paitents back to the waiting room. Otherwise, the discharge process was easy and I was in and out. Additionally, the facility is very nice and the location convenient.

Great emergency room to visit. They did a great job of making sure that I wasn't feeling any pain for my kidney stones. The RN and nursing staff we're very kind and took great care of me. I've worked for PSG for 3 years and I know what it's like to have bad service. This is another example of great customer service and great patient care. Dr. Vasilopoulos did an excellent job of providing wonderful care and making sure that I was feeling much better. Even called the next day to check in on me and it was very kind of him to do so. I would suggest going to this ER because it's clean, the staff are very courteous and kind, and the professional doctors that work at this hospital know what they're doing.
