My experience was terrible. I had an appointment but had to wait 50-60 minutes for my mammogram. I was told they were doing a procedure and that slowed everything. Why wan't the "procedure" taken into account when scheduling my appointment? But that wasn't the worse thing. The technician who did my mammogram was so rough. She keep moving and reppositioning which is fine but she was sliding my breast along the plate which rubbed a raw spot underneath my right breast. When I saw my OB, 10 -14 days later I showed her the spot. She was appaulled and encouraged me to call and inform them of my experience. I called twice and left messages, first on 10/19 then again on 11/1. It is 11/9 and NO-ONE has given me the courtesy of a return call. I usually go to Saint Mary's for imaging but my new insurance would only allow HCA centers. I always had the best experience at Saint Mary's and wish I could still go there. If HCA is my only option next year, I will find a different HCA imaging center. This was a huge dissappointment. After posting my review I was contacted by the Administrative Director. He reassurred me that they strive for excellence and had talked to all the parties involved. My purpose for posting the review was to get the attention of "someone who could make a difference", it worked. With that said I feel better and hopeful enough to give them a chance in the future when needed. Thank you for reaching out.

Horrible visit with my wife, won’t get into details but the doctor was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the medical industry. If HCA cares my name is on the review, you are welcome to look up records for reference.

I went to the Sarah Cannon Inst. for my yearly mammogram because it was the in-network choice in my insurance plan. Next year I will pay out of pocket to go back to my previous mammo. doctor. First, despite my refusals, they bombarded me with requests to join their cancer study. (They pestered me before, during, and after my appointment.) A week or two after the mammograms, they contacted me to come back for more mammography. (The doctor wanted another look at something.) In the end, everything was clear. Now I've just received my THIRD bill for that second visit. (Two were from HCA and now the radiologist has billed me separately.) This is the first time I've ever had to come back for more images (the doctor usually clears me before I leave). I'm beginning to think there was no reason for the second set of images other than $$$. Next year I'll avoid the Sarah Cannon Institute and pay out of pocket. I suggest you do the same.

Lovely building, nice rooms to change in, clean, staff is very cordial. There is a parking lot out front, don't park in the deck. Plenty of parking. The only cafeteria is in the main hospital. Nice to be able to coordinate all care in one complex.

Appointment for 11.20a asked to register on first floor at 11.00a.I arrived at the registration desk at 11.00a no problems at 2nd floor desk at 11.07a nobody at the desk I noticed a sign to fill out paperwork and wait for desk person who returned at about 11.12a She told me that they were not running late and that 3 patients were before me.OK was taken in the back and started waiting in my gown at 11.22a in a small area facing the parking lot was finally called for the mammogram at 12.04 in other word waited there 42mn .my mammogram took total 8mn . Now why have an appointment at 11.20 for a mammogram at 12.04 even after having me register 20mn ahead of time Please improve Patients time is also valuable Thank you
