I know everyone on here saw my pictures of my feet when I fell. Well when I originally went to Lebanon Hospitals ER, by ambulance I might add because I couldn't even bend my leg to get in a car, the lady doctor who saw me only xrayed my ankles even though I told her how bad my leg hurt. The doctor told me that it would take a tremendous amount of force to break the leg bone so she wouldn't xray it. In fact she told me that I needed to start walking on it the next day. Well I went to my primary care doctor, who is excellent by the way, and she decided to xray the leg since they didn't at the ER. She was on vacation last week so she didn't get my xray till this week. Well it turns out my tibia leg bone is broken in two. Did this ER doctor not know there were other bones in the leg that could be broken? She needs to go back to medical school. And from my research the tibia is the big long bone, not the short one. Even the ambulance guy told me that the bone in the side of the leg could be fractured. My doctor said my leg should have been casted at the hospital and I should not have been walking on it but since this idiot doctor at the hospital didn't xray my leg like she should have when I told her the pain it was causing me I have been walking around on a broken leg. So my doctor told me to stay off it and she is sending me to an orthopedic doctor. So I am now on crutches which I should have been on the entire time. Now I knew Lebanon Hospital was bad but I had no ideal they were this negligent. No wonder my leg hurts so bad. I was walking on it broken. I KNEW SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT. Thank God for my family doctor. Now my question is what should I do about the hospital being so negligent? Does anyone know who I can file a severe complaint with? What if my leg won't heal properly now? I am just so furious and upset and disappointed with Lebanon Hospital right now that I don't know what to do.

This was the worst experience I ever had at the hospital I had a asthma attack and they made me wait about 2 hours I almost passed out but they finally noticed me and gave me medication and they made me feel like I was the worst person in the world.I totally recommend going to a different hospital.

I live in the area and I've been in and out of the ER here several times. The staff here is excellent and so is the care. However, every single time I have come here, without fail, something hokey has happened with the billing. I've received and paid multiple bills for the same visit. I've been threatened with collection agencies, even though the bill was paid the day services were rendered. Every time, something odd happens. Overall; Great staff, shady business practices.

I didn't even want to give it one star but have to in order to comment. I went in in severe pain in my lower back and hip.The Dr treated and talked to me like I was nothing more than a common druggie off the street. They didn't want to do anything for me and told me to go on home. I ended up having surgery 2 weeks later. I had a cyst sitting on the nerve in my lower back so m u pain was very real.I bet the next drug head that came through the door got exactly what they wanted. However I did get a bill for the physical for 19 hundred dollars. I will never go back to RCMC if it's my choive

My son was seen there on a Sunday night for a ankle injury All the staff was wonderful and professional. Dr. Phillips was great !!! and all the nurses!!we were in and out in about an hour!!

It's ok. There are a few good doctors here. I really like Dr Rexrhoad and several of the nurses.

Been here waiting with a finger that is almost detached and it's been an hour. Staff are the hatefullest humans on Earth. DO NOT GO HERE EVER, FOR ANYTHING !!!!!

Lots of nice people work here. I guess the hospital is as good as it can be for such a small community. They mis-diagnosed my daughters broken arm a few years ago which made me pretty upset. They corrected the problem by dropping the bill. They said it was just a sprain. I took her to Bristol and they had to put her arm in a cast.
