I visited Stefanie Schroeter for my annual checkup. She was nice and competent. However, I was required to designate her as my PCP or they wouldn't book the appointment. Initial thoughts while booking the appointment- The people who answered the phone were very dismissive, short, and had a rude tone. I should've expected that was consistent with their office culture and how they treated patients... But I booked the appointment anyways. The appointment went well. The front desk staff wasn't the friendliest. They honestly seemed a little stressed out and stiff with their tone... Not exactly a reassuring in-person first impression. After the appointment I received a strange bill for $39.40... I called my insurance and apparently they billed my visit as two visits in one- a preventative annual checkup PLUS a regular office visit... That was a surprise because I only booked an annual physical. My insurance said it was billed incorrectly and Schroeter needed to change the visit from a regular office visit to a preventative one. I called the doctors office a couple times unsuccessfully. They were short and not helpful over the phone. They also wouldn't leave a message for Schoeter or ask her to call me back. They said I needed to use MyChart. So I sent a message on MyChart… Long story short- I’ve gone back and forth with them for several days now and still no progress and no effort to communicate the issue to Schroeter. They just lost a patient. I’m just going to pay the balance and not return. They’ve already wasted too much of my time and energy. This place is a classic example of decent medical professionals surrounded by subpar office and medical staff.

Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to make an appointment over the phone twice for my daughter and both times the ladies on the phone were extremely rude and unhelpful. Based off my experience and looking at other reviews this place has a huge problem with ill-mannered employees.

Rudest blood draw nurse. I waited for over an hour to have blood drawn and he nurse took TWO people before me, both white males by the way, even though I was there first. I work in customer service and I understand that she might have been having a bad day but she rolled her eyes at me repeatedly for asking simple questions. Worst customer service ever.

If you’re looking for quality care, this is not it. Truly the worst run practice/office that I have ever encountered.
