I’ve never received bad care here. That being said, the wait to get an appointment can sometimes be months. (In June 2018, the wait for an appointment was until October 2018). Furthermore, they never answer the phone. Their care facility is small with Limited capability; so if you need more serious care, don’t waste your time and just head straight to the DC VA because that’s where you’ll get sent anyways.
