Terrible experience. 5 hours with my 80 year old dad just to find out he injured his rotator cuff? My dad had had a minor stroke and 4 heart sugeries in the past 12-15months, he had severe bruising on his upper right arm and right shoulder area and wondered if he had a blood clot condition....I guess I'm glad it was nothing more serious since it took over 4 hours just to see the "young doctor". The staff was terrible, almost mocking me(condescending at times) and my father at times. I was shocked. My mom was nurse and my dad spent his whole life running nursing homes in Vermont and in the southern states. They really cared about the elderly, these people were just taking advantage of my dad's insurance, literally. They kept saying how "busy" they were but when my dad and I finally left after 9pm (on a work night for me/his son) the cleaning crew was waiting to clean the room and the place looked like a ghost town!! Severe abuse of the system, taking advantage of the elderly, and not giving a damn about anyone elses time!
