I've been going there for 20 years. Love them. I moved to Maine and still go there. Worth the drive.

Dr oliver Hertferd is has a terrible bed side manner he is condescending toward his patients talking to them like they are idiots and his medical knowledge is lacking what a terrible experience should of gone to urgent care rather than let him attend you. Complaints are ignored and it seems from the front desk to your attending physician attitude is all you will get.

Ditto with Melodie's comment. My friend had the same bad experience with this Doctor Oliver and nothing was done..Yes, condescending is an understatement and it's unfortunate that health care there has taken a slide down in compassion and understanding with patients.

Always get an appointment quickly. Have had the best care and followup. Shannon is an awesome NP. Pete from Orthopedics has given me excellent care. Frank from PT was so wonderful. I won't go to any other health care facility.
