Their fast track ER is good, went there twice, they helped me and gave me great advice

Horrible service, sitting for hours and than when I asked how long till I seen the doctor the nurse gave me lip and told me min. Four more hours.

I understand that if things get busy things slow down. But me and my wife went to the er at 11:30 it is now 2:30 and still no doctor. I'm from Ohio been to the er there for the same thing. there was a gang shooting and they where swamped and I was seen in 20ish min they run a bigger hospital with far more patients and don't make people wait 4to 5 hours so ya what's your excuse. Worst service if I was sick I would be dead before they even cared to look in on me. Nurses don't ask if your okay don't even nod or smile at you just ignore u like your the seat. Worst service and worst human treatment I have ever had. Just send us home if it's going to take so long sheesh vary angry and disappointed in plattsburgh. Vary.
