DESCRIPTION

You will see the reviews of people who use the services of U of U Health Dermatology Clinic (Hospital) in the area close to Utah.

As of day the firm has a rating of 3.6 stars out of 5 and that score has been calculated on 15 reviews.

As you can see its rating is really high, and it is based on a large number of scores, so we may say that the assessment is very faithful. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well, is that it works.

You know that we don't usually stop to set reviews when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

This Hospital is included in the category of Dermatologist.

My experience here thus far has been excellent with Dr. Smart and Jen. They are both extremely friendly and try to make patients feel as comfortable as possible! I would highly recommend booking an appointment here!

Very nice when you're there but completely rude and unhelpful after. I had nearly the exact same issue as Lizz in her review. The doctor tricked me into taking all these unnecessary samples/tests and didn't tell me they'd charge for them. The office charged me for these tests/samples which I never heard results about after nor was told they'd be charged to me, and they charged a "new patient" fee of $218 despite that it's an in-network provider. I spent $300 on one appointment and they were really rude to me over the phone when I disputed the charges and asked why I was being charged so much. They condescendingly only offered a 10% discount and acted like they were generous for doing so. This place is a microcosm of how awful our healthcare system is. Make sure you get them to tell you what you're expected to pay BEFORE getting care from them.

I have had good experiences with them.

Dr. Eliason has been great. My daughter has been seeing him for her eccema for awhile now and she likes him a lot. He answers all of our questions and we never feel rushed when we see him. He is kind to her when she is nervous about anything that she has to have done, like blood work, or new medication or anything. I trust his advice and his treatment 100%. His staff has also been great with her. We will continue seeing Dr. Eliason as long as she needs to.

Why dose a biopsy take forever and ever to get results back it’s been 2 weeks now like it’s such a little biopsy it should be out by now

Horrible service. Rude. Completely not worth the time or the money. Barely get to see the doctor who then doesn't do anything or provide any guidance. Don't waste your money

I had a terrible experience, obviously... on a positive note... the office was clean and easy to find. That being said, my bad experience began with calling the receptionist. My issue was actually not something that dermatologists even deal with, and that would have been nice to know before I made my appointment three weeks out. After I waited in the office for almost 20 minutes, I was seen. I told him my issue, and his reaction was to tell me the exact thing I had just told him. He then told me he would remove a few other things, yadda yadda... well, it turns out the yadda yadda bill was OUTRAGEOUS! Especially considering I didn't get my issue resolved AT ALL. It has now been three months, my issue has not been resolved, and I owe tons of money. I called the billing office three times to have this resolved. Twice they were in training, and it was obvious it wasn't in bedside manner. When I finally was able to talk to a human, she was rude and condescending. She acted confused by my call, and had zero empathy. I paid in full to receive a 10% discount and she acted like I should be over the moon. I am so disappointed. I will never trust a dermatologist again, especially with the University of Utah. Sucks, 'cause I love the U's healthcare usually... tldr: ask how much things will be BEFORE getting anything done, and if you need surgery, call a surgeon. Dermatologists don't even begin to help.

Dr. Erica Summers has a great bedside manner and instills confidence.
