V.A. policy to stop abuse of narcotic medications is to not provide them. Procurement has been made a difficult, drawn out procedure for providers to justify prescribing for patients.

Yes, the VA phone system isn't great and the VA can be difficult to navigate. Having said that I must say that this CBOC has been very easy to work with. The receptionists, nurses and providers really care about their patients. Keep up the good work.

I like the care I receive at the clinic. I've been lucky enough to have had the same primary care physician for around 15 years. It's so nice to have a provider that knows who I am.

The Ogden CBOC was the only place that would treat my severe anxiety and insomnia. I dont necessarily like the lectures about my weight and then listening for 30 mins to their weight loss story or being told Im pre-diabetic but my primary care doc says Im not. I put up with the nonsense to keep seeing the one doc who helps me. The front desk folks are amazing!!!

I have always been very impressed with all employees there. Only been signed up with va medical for about 9 months. So Ogden va is excellent. Better care than I got at regular out patient clinics and hospitals when I had private insurance. Dr Castro is my doctor. He is very excellent in every way. Thank you so very much!
