We had an option between two insurances at my husbands work. I picked the one I did because I delivered my first baby here and knew I was having more babies. We just delivered our second and I am more impressed this time than I was last. The nurses are AMAZING, I would only rate 1 of my 6 during my stay below a 5 star. All of my visitors complimented the size of the large rooms. The food is outstanding. Needless to say, we will at very least be on our current insurance until I am done having kids because I won’t deliver anywhere else.

I went in to have a c section. This was my first time at this hospital so I was a little on the fence just because it was different so it’s a little scary. Everyone seemed nice and pleasant. The procedure went smoothly everyone that helped me throughout the procedure was so helpful and on top of things, they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I loved how caring the dr that gave me my epidural was. It wasn’t until I was in my room recovering that I felt like the nurses weren’t very caring. In my previous experiences at other hospitals the nurses help you throughout the recovery. They help you get up and are very hands on. Which is extremely helpful after this type of procedure. At this hospital I felt like I had to be the one to keep track of when to take my pain medicine because the nurses would not come in on time. Every time you would call one in to the room it would take them at least 20 mins to go in. They would tell you what they wanted you to do, get up and walk, go to the bathroom etc but they would not help you with it. There were 2 nights out of the 3 that I was there were they were extremely loud. My room was just down the hall from the nurse station and you could hear them talking and laughing very loudly at like 5am. You could even hear them swearing in their little stories they were telling! I was supposed to stay 4 days but I could not take it anymore! What pushed me over the edge was when I had to go to the bathroom and before I went in i called for more pads because i was completely out, they said they would send my nurse so I went in to the restroom. After 30 minutes and 3 calls to them they finally came in to bring them!! I feel the nurses need to be better trained at time management. You guys made what should have been a happy, positive experience a very stressful one! I would not recommend this hospital.

Everyone was professional, kind and friendly.

The quality of care is wonderful along with all of your applicable doctor's that make their rounds to see how you are doing. The nurses are very attentive to your needs and the aide's that assist you when you need it are very good too. I personally had a very difficult time with all of the noise, be it from TV"s from neighboring rooms, the nurse's station (many times during the days/nights), other visitors to other patients that were very loud, unattended children playing with either the smoke detectors/fire alarms, I couldn't get the rest I needed to heal as best as I could. I was glad when my stay was completed, as most people feel anyway from being in the hospital. The cafeteria food could be better, but don't most people agree with that statement at any hospital if you are the patient? I think so.

Jody Ellis

I could not have had a quicker responce to my pain they were wonderful it was a kidney stone . They were a great team

Season Bernal

I absolutely loved being here having my delivery and recovery all in the same room was nice. My nurse checked on me every half hour during my labor. It was honestly the nicest birth I have given.

Tyler Williams

Their service was prompt and the staff was very polite. Although the ER was clearly busy, I felt like I was very well taken care of and never felt like the staff stressed or in a hurry.

Laura Jorgensen

Had an excellent experience having surgery at Ogden Regional. The staff and nurses where very kind, empathetic, and attentive. They were efficient in taking care of me, I felt like they cared for my comfort and recovery. And they all had a smile for me. the facilities were clean, and stocked with everything I would need.

Alisa Rose

They were quick and efficient. Very nice staff.

Roberts Notes

I have had to use the ER twice now and each time I was seen very quickly (in under 10 minutes) and was treated with dignity and respect. Even though I declined, I was asked several times if I needed pain medication - first by the registration attendant, by the nurse, and by the radiology technician. My problem was very embarrassing to me, yet no one make me feel less than human. I also had a surgery which required a 3 night stay and the staff were nothing short of incredible. Again, I was offered pain medication often which I gladly accepted in this situation. The nurses were respectful and I always felt as if they had my best interests at heart. I can’t say the same for another local hospital I had to stay in. Ogden Regional May be a smaller facility than other hospitals in the area, but you will be treated quickly, fairly, and like a human being. I will always choose this hospital over any other when I have a problem in the future.

Upon arrival I was aware that the hospital was out of network for my insurance there was a specific reason why we chose to go to Ogden Regional for my delivery my son was born there and I had a great experience we're at McKay I did not when I got there and was ready to check in I was informed that I had to pay $6,000 which was my deductible upfront which was failed to be mentioned to me the day before when we were getting ready for everything I told them I did not have $6,000 nor did I have $3,000 I had to pay $1,000 off of my credit card which was unexpected and I have never heard of a deductible being paid up front if we would have been informed of this the day before or sooner I probably would have had no choice but to go to a different hospital but the day that I checked in they told me that I had to pay something or basically they would turn me away and I wouldn't be able to deliver there besides that my experience with the nurses and everything else was fantastic but something about that out-of-network needs to be looked at or changed

Isaiah Derps

Other than Heidi and my doctor Robin it was a horrible experience and I will never go there again

Stanley Hoellein

I couldn't have asked for better Pre Surgery assistance than the two Nurses that prepared me for my surgery. Recovery after returning to my room proved a little different. Things that didn't need to be worried about, were concerns by the staff. I got o my room around 5:00 PM. I had no thought of eating only something warm to be drinking. The first cup of hot (warm) broth was great, The second burned my mouth and started me to not be able to drink let alone eat anything with out pain. But we managed and I was able to go home.

Stacy Sansone

Easy to find your way around the medical buildings

Debra Adkins

I arrived on time. There was a problem with my appointment. It had been cancelled. I live 80 miles away and left my home at 4:30 am. My appointment was for 6:00 am. It took them over an hour to figure it out. I finally reached outpatient surgery and the procedure began. The medical staff were very nice and the procedure was quick. The delay made it a very long day. Your medical staff did a great job fixing the problem.

Marylyn Rands

Friendly, efficient staff. Lab receptionist is very nice.

Vijay Mathur

My experience was very favorable.

Kelly Buckway

They treated me as well as I've ever been treated. I would highly recommend this hospital to everybody. I felt like I was the most important patient which made me feel very good. The staff was nothing but smiles and friendly.

Jay Jenkins

Went in for Surgery and I have to tell you the Hospital staff was fantastic. Very nervous about it all but we had a nurse in Surgery named Holly that was great and made it all as good as it could be. Everything went great and I would recommend them without any reservation.

Huckleberry Cher

Great place to give birth. From my experience, the majority of the staff members actually seem to care about your wellbeing. I love this hospital.

Shawn Byington

I went into the emergency room with terrible ear pain. The wait was very short because I was the only one in the waiting room which I was very grateful for. I was then taken back and and was being questioned by a nurse which one of the questions was how much pain I was in and I explained that my pain on a scale from 1-10 was a 6-7 and that it hurt bad enough that I was having a hard time thinking clearly. About this time the doctor came in (J.Adam's) and I explained what had brought me in. He looked in my ear and then said I had a bad ear infection ant then left the room. He returned promptly and then decided to shove a dry hard piece of cloth in my ear and gave me a prescription to go pick up and basically said he was done. In the end the visit was very short but it was too short!! There was no testing done to see what type of infection I had, there was no ear drops or antibiotic administered, and I had to ask on a few separate occasions for something for pain. I asked if they could do anything immediate for the terrible pain I was in and was ignored. I was given a small prescription for pain pills but had to wait another 2 hours to get it filled. I feel I was treated more like an inconvenience than a patient who's doctor truly cared for. Now it is 4 in the morning and have been up all night in pain wondering if I need to go to a different hospital where I will be taken care of properly.

misty babcock

The staff where amazing, nice, comfortable atmosphere, accommodating, gentle, affordable. Dr Jose was so gentle while doing my biopsy I was in pain.

Wayne P genta

It was Great. Everything, from the moment i walked in to the minute i got kicked out. I Love it and all the people. Thank You Much!

Nixon Evans

I have tried 17 calls to schedule a pre op apt Left many voicemail It says you will return my calls as soon as possible? Please define as soon as possible It has been 2 weeks !!! To the direct of this facility I have no option here !!

Jessica Silvester, LPN

Amazing staff and doctors! My csection went smoothly. Myself and my newborn were well cared for at ORMC! Nurses were very caring and attentive to every aspect of our care. I loved the spacey room and the food. I thought the Ronald McDonald cart was amazing! There is a sense of family for sure at ORMC. I would choose them again in a heartbeat!!

Nancy Litz

I was left with some confusion. I went in to see why I was shrinking at such a fast pace to me anyway, I took a dexa? test. The one taking it said it looked like I has scoliosis in my lower back and she showed me the curvature but the one who called me with results didn't say anything about that, even when I asked (she was just reading results). She said to "take calcium supplement) I believe was what I was told. If they had looked at their records they would have seen that I already do. Just wish someone in the know would have explained the results to me. My primary doctor didn't know.

Diana J McNew

Registration area was clean, employees very professional. Pulmonary Department employee, Alex, was helpful about the over night study machine. Thanks for asking.

Wen Bowen

Staff was friendly and knowledgably.

Clifford Campbell

People are decent. Management of said people is a joke. Hospital drug tests without concent and lies about collecting data. Deceit.

Tere Partida

I can explain how I feel at this moment. This hospital use to be a great place with good doctors . My niece was taken in today for an over does we sat up there all day. Not once did a doctor go in and check in her. Just the once when she was taken in. And other time that she semi woke up and he said that the crisis doctor was going to come in and talk to her. But to our surprise that the crisis doctor did a FaceTime evaluation. What the hell FaceTime and then before we new it they had released her. This hospital sure has gone to the bumps. Because if they would have takin her to mackay hospital she would still be in there because she is a dangerous to her self. I don’t even get a star but I had to put something. I’m really disgusted how this can happen. And in this hospital.

Chris Hymas

Staff member at the front helped us find our way. Parking was easy to find and place was professional and clean

Connie Ray

I was so impressed with all those who were there!! I got excellent care and I will tell those I know to go there for their needs!! I was in and out with results that helped ease my mind and with advise of what I need to do going forward!! I will deinately go there again if needs be!!

Leticia Perez

First time here, moved from Colorado to Utah and I have to say the patient care and service was really great compared to my last clinic. Getting feedback from my Dr and the nurse who checked me before seeing the Dr was also great, I don’t think I ever received feedback from his good my blood pressure was or I wasn’t the one who had to tell the Dr about getting my blood drawn to check all my levels of calcium etc. All I gotta say is Dr. Rivera does rake care of you and it shows.

Jessie Cunahan

Had my 1st baby there and all they did most of the time was try to insinuate my baby was born with withdrawals. He wasn't of course, he was jittery from the pain of the hospital breaking his clavicle during birth.

Katja Fisher

We visited the ER two times for what we told them was appendicitis. Both times the Doctor told us it wasn't. They ran a blood test but never did the MRI we asked for bc he didn't want our 17 year old to be exposed to the radiation. We were released the 2nd time with heartburn medication. We finally went to out PCP and she called the ER ahead and told them to fo the MRI. The Doctor said it was mild case looking at the pictures. My daughter finally got into surgery and that whole team was caring and amazing! The surgeon actually said my daughter's appendix was so badly infected and questioned me as to why I didn't bring her in sooner. Told him that we had been in the ER THREE times b4 being admitted. She stayed 3 days after her surgery and had a drain bag for almost 2 weeks after leaving. Hire better ER doctors!!!

Douglas Hughes

ER folks were outstanding!

Star Williams

Best hospital!! The staff was super nice. The have saved my life in the ER and medical floor more then once. In very great full to this hospital. I love the staff...

Ken Miller

Great one night post operative experience. Everyone was friendly, very attentive and professional. My one niggle is the food. Although better than McKay Dee, hospitals should take the lead in offering healthy organic menu options, including cream for coffee. Otherwise, hospital stay was top notch!

Kailei Tonks

Billing department is awful, unhelpful and very rude. I was pretty much refused any assistance and spoken to like a child. I was cut off whenever I asked a question, I was told to contact someone else regarding a bill OGDEN REGIONAL sent me. I've never been treated so poorly by a customer service person.

Shannette Keeler

I had a good experience. Everyone was friendly and I had no wait time.

Brett Hawkes

Went to Ogden Regional last year for ablation surgery on my heart. Dr. Forstall was my surgeon. The procedure went very well and the results from the ablation have changed my life. I would highly recommend him to anyone with similar heart complications. The worst part was getting blood drawn. The hospital staff could use some training in that area.

Kaysha C

I usually don't get great care when I come here but today was way different. My son cut his knee open and the love and care my child and myself got today was great so thank you nurse Celese and dr Hawking.

Debbie Cazier

Everyone was very professional and nice. Even though I was there for a lengthy test they kept me moving through the phases smoithly.

Tara C

I went here for an outpatient test. I was greeted at the door, handed off from one person to the next for forms, then they walked me to the next person, who walked me to the lab, who introduced me to the doctor, who did the procedure, and then walked me to the exit. WOW! The customer service is AWESOME! I never expected that with a hospital. Great job!

R Ahlquist

All the staff were kind, competent, and professional. I liked the feel of a smaller hospital.

Jenny Holt

I had to ask for clean sheets and change the bed for my husband.

Nicole Archuleta

So I went to e.r. today concerned because I got a positive pregnancy test but have been having pretty heavy periods and clots. I got the answers I needed, the doctors and nurses were great. But the guy that came to draw my blood was way straight forward and I hope no one ever gets him when there worried about possibly loosing there baby.. He told me I didn't belong there and me thinking something is wrong with my pregnancy is not an emergency.. He said your not bleeding or crying your smiling. He then sat down and started talking about his job then he asked "whats been going on with you?" I was about to tell him but then he says "don't go into details". I hope no women having a miscarriage, tubal, or just worried for there babies health has to hear the horrible things he has to say.. He was not saying these things in a nice way either as if he has no respect for anyone. It's like he only wanted someone to listen to

Courtney Wright

They know nothing about customer service. Here’s the short of my experience. I tore my Achilles tendon and need to get an operation. I have two options: surgery or no surgery. I wanted to see the cost of the surgery before I signed up. I called to get the surgery estimate... why they can’t have these rates posted online I’m not sure.... anyway, I called and left 4 messages and could never get a hold of the person that needed to give me a quote... I have waited for 4 days now and still have no answer. My surgery is in 3 days, and I am hoping to find out what it will cost tomorrow or I am going to cancel and go to a different hospital. This is the second bad experience we have had here. Child birth was a joke, if we hadn’t been through the process before we would have been completely lost and left wondering what in the world was going on. We had to ask for everything to be done before it was even mentioned! I have no confidence in this hospital, and I will now be going to St Marks for the procedure. Which is unfortunate, because my doctor was a great guy.

James Fuller

The entire stay was very productive and my recovery has been good. The nursing staff was especially great Brittany, and Merrijane, I believe their names were were the best. Day time was especially good; one evening was not but I still met physical goals concerning oxygen etc.. The therapist were all great: breathing, occupational and physical. I would recommend your facility to anyone. I am now at home practicing many of things I was instructed while there. The medical staff (DR's) were fantastic..

Shylee Dursteler

I am not able to set up monthly payment plans because my bills were not under a certain amount. I am a 20 year old working 2 jobs and going to school. They stuck me with a high amount bill and expected me to pay it without payment plan and have sent me to an agency when I’ve tried to set up plans and pay what I could with hard times. I am no longer seeking medical treatment because it is too expensive and they are not willing to do payment plans.

Rich Penman

Great medical facility.

Misty Villalon

Most people here are professionals. I had a dr. There once who enjoyed hearing our most agonizing screams. Pretty creepy it was 2 of them actually. I was there for stitches. Stitches in my right thumb. My hand has never been the same. Its numb in certain places. Ill never forget.

Taffy Davidson

When I went into the ER there was a mistake made and I was given potassium straight into my veins. It should of been mixed with fluid. This was extremely painful for me. Because of that is why I am giving a 3 star rating. Once I was in my room the doctors and nurses were very helpful and friendly.

Don Campbell

Doctors, Nurses Receptionists, facility could not have been more professional. Exceeding my expectations. Thank you all.

Kathy Campbell

Everyone was kind and reassuring

RECONCILE ALL BILLS received with your insurance paperwork from this company!!! This relates to the Ogden Regional Medical Center (aka Mountain Star, aka NPAS, Inc). Specifically their billing practices and negotiated rates with insurance companies. This company billed our insurance and our insurance processed (in-network). Being it is in-network, there are negotiated rates between the two companies. The processed paperwork from the insurance came back with the typical in-network footnote that specifically states “Provider negotiated discount. You are not responsible for this amount.” Mountain Star, however, expected us to cover the negotiated amount. I paid the amount the insurance stated I was responsible for and discussed this concern with NPAS, Inc (Ogden Regional’s billing center) four different times. I also spoke with the insurance company who stated the hospital was not allowed to bill us for negotiated discounts. The negotiated amount we have been arguing over isn’t big enough to get legal help fighting so we paid. Our circumstance could be a one off. I just hope others will double check. If there is a pattern emerge, legal options could be explored.

Lynita Price

Dexa and mammo tech's were very nice, lab was very good and all were very prompt

Kathy Rivard

This place is awesome, friendly staff great Dr. He takes the time to listen to you and all your issues. Best dr I've ever had.

Spencer Shiotani

Been there twice both, times were horrible. 1st time Doctor yelled at my wife while she was under anesthesia her body was reacting to having probe shoved down throat and somehow it was her fault. 2nd time my son had stomach ache and they ordered $5k worth of tests, then wouldn't work with our insurance company and had to pay out pocket. Still getting bills because they made him (5 year old) responsible party for bills and now he had negative credit rating. Place is a joke.

james scadden jr.

The care is always good there the nurse's are e friendly and helpful

A Talbot

Receptionist at imaging was incredible friendly and sweet. Tech was rude, acted like she did not want to be there. I told her I was in alot of pain in back and legs apparently she didn't care. I had trouble getting on table and asked for help, she begrudgingly assissted a little. Was rough when she put pillows and padding around me she watched as I struggled to turn on my side being about 3 feet away and never once helped. Was bothered by any questions. Was just plain rude and uncaring.

Stephanie M

I spent 2 weeks at ORMC in November 2016 and everyone was amazing. Recently I had an echocardiogram and it has taken over a week for the report to be dictated and get to my cardiologist, and my PCP still has not received it and it has not yet been uploaded to the patient portal. The Ultrasound tech at the heart center was great but trying to get results or reports from the portal has been a nightmare... my bills are already showing on the patient portal from that procedure though! I understand things get busy - but over a week and it’s still not there? Can something be done about this?

Jessica Garcia

Went into ER due to having horrible abdominal pain, I didn't have anyone to take my baby so I had to bring her with me. First off, I wasn't even in the waiting room 10min and they got me right back, the nurse was amazing, she helped me with my baby the whole time, I wish I remember her name, I know she had an accent and I believe her name started with a V, Valentina or something like that, but by far the best nurse I've ever had the pleasure to meet! Second, Dr. Rollins is the best doc I've ever came in contact with, he made sure he did everything he could to figure out where the pain was coming from and he even did what he could to get me out of pain! Hands down best ER I've ever been to! Thank you so much for everything!

Philip Russell

I arrived early for my appointment and was taken in before my scheduled time! No waiting! Very professional and personal! It is also easy to find a close parking place in relationship to other medical facilities! Great place and our pharmacy is also located there as well!

April Storms

My dad was taken there to be stabilized in ER they were great! Thank you for your help! They were kind and professional and put all their energy in getting him taken care of quickly.

Patricia Showell

I was there yesterday for a stress test for my heart. The nurses were wonderful. The only bad part of my experience was as two nurses were finishing up my treadmill part of the test, a doctor came in (I don't know his name, he looked middle eastern, his picture is not in the directory of cardiologists) and wanted to talk to them right them. One went out into the hall and he started chewing her out. The other nurse shut the door so we wouldn't have to hear him. As she was directing us out to go to radiology he saw her and wanted to talk to her right then. Another nurse stepped in and showed us the way. We felt this doctor was very unprofessional and very disrespectful not only to the nurses but to us as patients went I was in the middle of a test. If I end up needing to see a cardiologist I will not see him. I only went to this hospital because my primary care doctor from Garland thought it would be better than Logan. Four star because everyone was professional even the people in the cafeteria other than this one doctor who I would never go to.

Karen Mohlin

Fortunately for me, I have not had to use your services until the past couple of weeks. I am extremely impressed with the service from checking in and the medical technicians who administered my ultra sounds. Missy and Noelle wee awesome! Made me feel at ease and comfortable. Very professional, efficient and personable. Thank you very much for your commitment.and care. Sincerely, Karen Mohlin

William Craynor

was in the ER for 5 hours. about 45 minutes of the time was dedicated to patient care

Kyle Kippen

Their billing department needs some help. I got billed without them even going through my insurance. Didn't here back from them for since March.

Jamie Spackman

Wonderful staff. I always felt taken care of and never felt overwhelmed with people checking in too often. A great balance.

Spencer Jeppsen

The nurses and Drs. are fantastic but their billing department is terrible. We were on a payment plan with them and I forgot a payment and paid it a coupld days late and they send the dang thing to collections without even a phone call or anything. I asked if they could bring it back and they tried everything for like an entire day and couldn't get it back. I have an 800 credit score and they sent me to collections like that and were not helpful at all. Now I have to work with a stupid collection agency, ridiculous!

Dana Child

I Could not have asked for better care for my Mother. The most Competent and friendly nursing staff. Dr. Grunander is the best. Everyone we came into contact with were knowledgeable and compassionate. All around top notch medical facility.

Katie Beilin

I can’t even express my gratitude towards everyone who worked at the Women’s Labor Center. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left was one of the best birth experiences I’ve had. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, caring and the list goes on. I would highly recommend to anyone who is pregnant to give birth here. It truly was an experience I will never forget and a memorable one. I’m grateful for every nurse there who took care of me and of course my Dr. Dr Larson is seriously the best!

Vanessa Maltore

Today I went in for a tour, the ladies at the front desk were really nice but when the nurse gave us the tour she was rude, she gave me dirty looks every time I asked any questions and she didn’t even answer them, also she didn’t showed me the facility properly, she just told us where to park and walk us to the room so we could check it out but didn’t explain anything. I feel so anxious because I’m going to have to deliver my baby here In September and I don’t feel safe or comfortable with nurses like her

Marissa Schwed

The labor and delivery rooms are so roomy and nice. It’s like staying in a hotel! More importantly the nurses are second to none. It’s as if everyone is family. AnnMarie Jones is so knowledgeable, personable, and sweet. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Stan Steamer

I had a hip replaced, and everyone involved with me, was top notch. They were all very knowledgeable, and very quick to come too my aid as I needed. Everything went great, and the hospital staff were all fantastic too work with. I highly recommend them, and Thanks again for making my stay a great one..

Jennie Atagi

My husband had surgery and was taken care of at the Intermediate Section and the regular Post-Surgery of the hospital. He had exceptional care from the entire staff throughout the facility! They also made sure to ask me if I needed anything. We had a great experience during a difficult time.

Esmeralda Blanco

The staff was very attentive to all my and my baby needs. Great experience

Chris Harris

Very professional. Quick service.

Chuck Sandberg

I am in awe of how efficient the Cancer center is. I have "never" had to wait past my scheduled time to be given my treatmemt. Who ever was/is in charge of scheduling should be commended!!! Of course if the crew you have was not also efficient and dedicated to their work the system would not work. I am extremely impressed with each and everyone of them, but espcially the girls who prepare me and conduct my treatments. They are professional, friendly, understanding and extremely good at what they do. Although I have had several different girls working on me the 3 who have been doing my treatments almost everyday are above reproach! Alix, Brook and Natalie always make me feel like I am the most important thing they have to do!!!!! They are incredible....Also Chris, Becky and Audrey are all so good at what they do and they do it in such a friendly friendly and professional manor. There are others that I anc not recall their names....but I asure you....every single person working in the cancer center that I have had contact with has been curtious, knowledgeable, professional and most of all "obviouisly dedicated" to their roll in saving lie at the center. Someone does an excellent of hiring, organization and running the show !!!!! My hats off to you all and thank you for saving my life....!!!!!!

Bethany Smith

I love this hospital .I have been there for various things since 2010 (pregnancy, emergencies.. etc) I always received good care from the staff. They are fast and in my experience bill fairly . I highly recommend this hospital.

crazyman31765

I had my second hip replacement at Ogden Regional. The overnight nurse was awesome and very attentive. The day shift nurse was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated both of them making me feel comfortable and being willing to follow up.

Mike Dellos

I had good care while in the hospital. Everyone was concerned with my wellbeing.

Marilee Hoffmann

I had a total knee replacement and was in the hospital for three days. Everyone was great. The only complaint I have is that my PCP wanted to be notified so she could come and see me and I couldn't get anyone to contact her. All in all excellent care. I was very impressed.

Janet Gibbs

was a very good experience. all professionals, friendly and very competent.

Andre Pommier

I love Ogden Regional... I never have any hassles with them. I show up, sign a paper or two and I'm off to get my tests done. And the techs doing the test have always been top notch and empathetic. Great people.

maureen hamilton

Excellent facility. I was given the utmost respect and I felt very well taken care of while there for several tests. Would recommend this facility to anyone. Congratulations on your values!

K Nguyen

They do need more registration persons to process the paperwork. When the surgery nurse calls a name they need to say the Last name because several people have the same first name and they take the first person that answered and then when the second nurse comes and finds out the first nurse took the wrong patient because they were the one she was to take. I was the second patient that the first nurse had called. Sure glad i didn't have the wrong surgery! Verify! Verfiy! and Verify you have the correct person.

Nicolas Salomon

Came to the ER for eye problem. The waiting room is a mess. The staff is very nice. The wait time to see a doctor was horrible Checked in 10 min. Waited to see a provider for severe eye pain 1 hour 30 min. Why is it Such a long time to see a provider. Wish they had more providers to midigate incoming patient numbers.

Marcy Henry

All the staff in Labor and delivery were fantastic and Dr Larson is an amazing Dr

J O Wagnon

All very friendly, efficient and professional.

Joanne Kapp

I had a baby a couple years ago here at the age of 25 and they were being very rude and telling me that I was to young and should not have a baby this young. I thought they would have changed how they treat people but I guess not. Today my friend is supposed to have her baby. She has a high blood pressure, she's feeling dizzy, and is feeling sick. With the nurses knowing this they have cancelled her having a the baby 5 times today. She was supposed to be at the hospital at 8:30am it is about 7pm now. And when she was on the phone with the nurses they were disrespectful. I do not reccomend going here. I have had bad experiences every single time I have been here.

Lisa Brown

Staff and all Physicians were very professional

Teresa D. Larsen

Absolutely horrible!! Worst experience!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star but that’s the only way it will post! No one knows how to read reports no one knows how to put IV’s in, had my husband brought their by ambulance and they released us had in back in the a different hospital and hospitalized for 5 days!! sure wish Ogden Region could read and knew what they was going could of prevented a long Hospital stay! We are now on home health care and praying for progress!! We will never go back to Ogden Regional!

Roque Salas

Staff is very proficient and care very much for their patients. I could tell some have more of a work load than they should have, which could cause some minor issues.

Sadie Illum

I’ve delivered 3 babies at Ogden Regional and had a great experience every time. From the nice big rooms, to the great nurses, and other friendly and warm staff, it’s a great place to have a baby.

Lydia Kunzler

If you need care in a hurry, or don’t have all day to wait for a scheduled appointment, go elsewhere. They don’t respect your time, waits even for schedules appointments and procedures take forever.

Jackie Lambert

I was totally impressed with how quick they were after going thru the Emergency door to getting me back into a room. It was only about 3 minutes & then they had a good staff of doctors & nurses that were very caring & diagnosed me quickly & got me under control & I was headed back home within 4 hours. I would recommend this Hospital to everyone.

Jake Law

Parking here is ridiculous. I have been late to appointments now 2 times because I can't find a spot and then when I do, it's a 5 to 10 minute walk away it seems.

Makenna Strong

ER nurse was very nice however radiologist who performed my procedure was defiantly not. Rude to me and the nurse.

Joe Posthuma

I have had two inductions and one spontaneous labor and I have had three babies in three different states and this hospital is by far the best and most amazing experience I have ever had for the birth of my children, My nurses were a dream to deliver with! My doctor ( Alex Larson MD) was the most down to earth and gentle person to deliver my baby. The room was clean, my labor wasn't rushed on any terms but my own body's. I can't say enough positive things about this hospital and the staff. I delivered 3/29/18. Best choice ever.

D Stucki

Appointment was for 9:45 am, received a call at 9:30 and said Dr. got a little behind at other hospital so our appointment was pushed back until 10:15, which I understand things happens. We arrived at the hospital and we had no problem getting into a room, with questions answered and IV put in we waited. Around 10:30 we were told the Dr is way behind and it looks like it will be 12:00 before the surgery. Finally at 1:00 pm they are ready for my husband. Once again, I understand things happens, but I own a small business and made prior arrangements for my business to be covered until 3:00 pm, which if the original appointment was kept, there wouldn't of been any problems. At 2:30 I had to leave to go to work. I was promised that the Dr and or nurse would give me a call as soon as he gets into recovery which should of been in the next 20-30 minutes. 4:00 pm rolls around and I still have not heard from anyone. Why did I have to call and ask about him when I was promised they would call, is this hospital too busy. Luckily everything was fine but my question is why is it OK for the Hospitals and Doctors to "Overbook" and have the patient and their others sit around and wait for them. We also have responsibilities and I can't be 3 hours late or else I wouldn't have a business. I don't understand why hospitals and doctors think that our time is not valuable. Do we get to charge you the hospital or doctors for our time?

Bailey Hall

This is the absolute WORST hospital I have ever experienced!!!! My husbands grandfather was admitted today and we waited over 8 hours to see a doctor!!!!!! When we finally saw him the doctor was very upset with his staff. The nurses have done NOTHING!!!!! I would NOT TRUST MY LIFE WITH THESE PEOPLE! Drive an extra 30 minutes to actually get the care you deserve because these people are definitely NOT it!!

Carol

Dr Robert Mohr and Staff are the best. The problem I went in with, Dr Mohr diagnosed correctly and was able to fix it for me. All the Staff shows concern and cares about me as a person, not just as a Patient. So glad I found them.

Mike Grimsby

The quality of care and the concern of the staff are all very good. If they hadn't charged me for six doses of radioactive iodine that my wife only had one dose of ($36,000) I would sing their praises. I have 30,000 reasons to be unhappy with them, unfortunately. Good people, good care and questionable billing. I priced radioactive iodine at McKay Dee and the University of Utah Medical Center and if the billing had been one sixth of what it was, divided by the 150 millicuries, you would have been in the middle of the local cost range. I was told by one of your employees that they charged us six times but then the company decided to cover up their mistake instead of owning it. I wonder what their ethics policy would say about that.

Stephen lefors

Horrible go to Davis or Die is my choice this hospital violates your rights the nurses in labor and delivery are nothing but rude nasty women my wife and I delived a baby here and the minute we walked in all I heard was complaining about how they had been on their feet all day delivering babies and physicans this and that is this not your job this is what you chose to do having a baby should be a wonderful time in a families life not here they made it misrable not to mention my wife was nauseous and they gave her zofran which I thought was recalled And not prescribed to women cause it causes cleff pallets that's why there prescribed phenagren im not a doctor and I know this trust me I for one have contacted my attorney this hospital is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. And pls I will not be contacting anyone who works at this hospital so don't post an email or phone number your wasting your time!!!

Elaine Risen

Easy and fast! From registration to the reception at the Women’s center and mammogram I was back on my way in an hour. Lynne was terrific, she was caring and compassionate. Lynne called me a few days later to let me know there was an abnormality in my scan and I needed to come back for an ultrasound. Again I was treated well from the start, everyone was so nice and caring, the ultrasound showed just a cyst and I was on my way again, I’ll be back to ORMC next year. Thank you all!

Maria Schmidt

Ruth Anne, my delivery nurse, was absolutely incredible and accommodating. She answered mine and my husband’s millions of questions as this was our first child and did everything in her power to help calm my nerves. She made all the difference in helping me have a positive and happy birth, I’d give her a full 5 stars. HOWEVER, all the post partum nurses we had after her got more and more moody and my husband and I felt very uncomfortable. I do not recommend the first room on the right, the air does not regulate and it was pumping AC at the beginning of February. My husband went to talk to a nurse about it to see if they could fix it as me and my newborn were freezing. The nurse, Ashley, followed him back into our room and informed him that all of the nurses had been talking about us, that we were causing problems, and acted like she had a personal bone to pick with us. Neither of us had met her until then. My sister asked her to take it outside and she completely ignored her and continued to disrespect my husband who was just watching out for his family. She flung the curtain on her way out in an attitude and my husband and I decided right then and there that we were leaving. Ashley made the the experience incredibly sour for us. She was very unprofessional and her customer service was awful. Ogden Regional, you need to fix this and reevaluate the attitudes and professionalism of your employees so no one ever has to experience what we did during such a precious time as a new family.

Brandy S

They were great! I got right in a d taken care of! Thank you!

Katherine Reeder

The nurses and CNA’s were great. They helped me with whatever I needed. The janitors made sure my room was clean everyday. My doctor was the best Tyler Christensen a great surgeon and doctor. I give him a 5 star. The recovery room people were very nice. My husband loved there service and the drinks they gave him. The hospital was very friendly and clean. The only thing I did not like is I felt rushed when it was time to go.

Roger Grua

I received excellent care during my recent visit. The staff were all very competent and friendly. Many seemed to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable while awaiting surgery. Thanks to all involved.

Missy Dominguez

I love being greeted by the main entrance and your never wondering where your going. Super friendly service. I love that they have therapy dogs that come in while your a patient or just waiting for a service. Your definitely treated like a person not a number like the other hospital.

Robyn Howe

Great people. Very quick in and out.

Trent Bills

Ogden Regional Medical Center is the best by far! I felt like I was family.

Megan Voigt

I love this hospital. Every single time I've been here, everyone has been so nice and sincere. I just had a spinal tap done and asked my nurse if I was able to bring head phones in. Not only did this nurse ask multiple other people, but I only asked that one time and they took care of the rest, and I was able to use them during the procedure. I loved that they wanted to help me find out and completely took care of it. I was not forgotten. I love this place!!!

Larry Holdaway

Going to the hospital for surgery is never a really fun event, but all things considered I think Ogden Regional did a great job. The nurses were helpful. My only complaint was that food service was very slow - it took about an hour to get anything you ordered.

Donna Perko

I had an appointment for a blood draw. After signing in I was called back as I was beginning to sit down in the waiting room. No wait time, friendly staff, clean office. I love Dr. Mohr and all of his staff. I've been his patient for decades.

Heather Kirby

My aunt fell and broke her pelvis and was admitted 2 weeks ago and stayed there for about 10-14 days She stayed on the 2nd floor and I have not seen such terrible care from the nurses, she was in so much pain and they would not come when she pushed the button for help for hours! That was the case for pain, for bathroom help, meal that's that came to her was not taken out for two days. I guess I maybe understand a little bit if they were understaffed but they can be nicer to these people who are in the hospital who are sick or hurt. It takes a very special person to be a nurse and the nurses that were assisting were terrible. They were out at the nurses desk on their phones, laughing, while she has been waiting. I have been in the hospital several times and I have never seen the care that my aunt had while she was there! Horrible! If it is a case where they dont have enough nurses to take care of the patients, hire more! I will never recommend Ogden Regional to anyone, ever! And those who only have insurance that that is the only place they can go, I am truly sorry.

J LaTorre

The drug rehab program is an absolute joke. DO NOT GO THERE!! First off, they made us make an appointment, which was at 11, then we waited in the lobby for 3 hours and had to keep harassing the nurses before they finally admitted my mom. All while she was having severe withdrawals. They told us she would be there for a minimum of 3 days to detox but after the first night she promised the doctor she would attend the day program and he let her leave! So if you want your loved ones to rack up a doctor bill only to be prematurely released without any real help then take them to this dumpster program.

Renee Keeney

Spent 5 hours there and was sent home with really no resolution to the reason (severe lower abdominal pain) that brought us to the ER. Sent home stil in pain and no medications were sent home to relieve the pain either. Told to follow up with primary care doctor. In my eyes big waste of money and time but at 4 in the morning where else was I to go when could barely move and in so much pain.

Mielle Burch

My partner went into the ER this morning at 0900 for abdominal bleeding. The ER nurses were nice but after being admitted the quality of care went down significantly. He was given an endoscopy at appx. 1330 but did not get any water until 2130. I was on the phone with him and he had been asking for water for hours (this should be standard procedure). He was not given anything for his stomach pain or to sleep until 2209. From the time he was admitted until 2130 his IV machine was continuously malfunctioning and making a very loud beeping noise, this would go on for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes without anyone coming to check or turn it off.

Elyse Brady

Absolutely loved labor and delivery at Ogden regional! Not only was the staff so nice and careful, you actually felt like they liked their jobs and get to know you and your baby! Their patient and answer all your questions! They didn’t bother us as often and try to let mom sleep! We loved not having to change rooms after delivery! The food actually was decent and the staff was so thoughtful! Our first baby was delivered at a different hospital, and after our experience we’d absolutely choose Ogden regional first!

janet hayman

I was treated very good but they don't get you up and walking very often and that needs to be brought up to your meetings that you have there just letting you all know that .

Melinda R Savage

Everyone was friendly and helpful went I was there to have some tests. They did their best to make sure the tests were done promptly and professionally. They also made me feel at ease and comfortable. A no worry visit.

Kay North

On February 13th 2019 I had a colonoscopy at Ogden Regional Medical Center. Each time we have been to that hospital they have been efficient, caring and on time. It is extremely clean and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. If there were more than five stars I would give it to them. On March 20 I went to have a mammogram and I was in and out of there in a half an hour. Kara was exceptionally caring and thorough.

Rogue Tex

Outstanding care. The staff is phenomenal. Nurses Jen and Tara. CNA Mesa and NP Byrd took great care of me.

Tony Nicholas

Awful! Had my phone stolen from my room! Beds uncomfortable! Staff was decent.

Jim Ames

Quick awesome people

Roberta Curtis

The staff was very caring and professional. My pre-op nurse, Vicky, was especially great!

Michelle M

Nurse got angry with me after I received my discharge papers and she took my IV out because the moment I stood up, I got extremely nauseous and started throwing up. In between vomiting, I asked if she could get me a Zofran to control the nausea. "The doctor JUST talked to you and you said you weren't nauseous!" As I continued vomiting into the sink in the room (she never offered to get me a bucket or bag), she stormed off. I threw up for 10 minutes. After waiting over 5 hours to have a drink of water and never being offered water after it was determined I didn't need surgery, I left out of desperation of thirst and exhaustion. I made it to the main exit and I collapsed and blacked out. The same nurse and apparently a friend of the other nurse, were shaking me roughly and saying, "Are you there? Hello?!" I finally came to and they lifted me into a wheelchair. I was sobbing and my knee and head were in severe pain. The nurse said, "I went to get you a Zofran but you left before I got back!" In a really mean and short-tempered voice. I sat back on the hospital bed, still sobbing. She turned her back and typed furiously for around 10 minutes without saying a single word to me. She left the room. I sat there on the bed. A different nurse came in about 5 minutes later and started pushing into my scraped and bruised knuckle going, "Does it feel broken?" Then she kept her annoyed attitude and said, "Well the doctor needs to come back in and give you stitches on your head." She left. The doctor came in 20 minutes later. He asked, "Did the nurses clean up your knee, knuckles, or forehead? Did they sanitize it or bandage it?" I said no and even the doctor was surprised. He said he would go ahead and do it. My friend who showed up to take me home asked the doctor why no one would give me water since I probably passed out from dehydration. The doctor didn't have a reason why other than I was nauseous and he was reminded that I wasn't offered water even before that. I hobbled out of the ER after the doctor glued the gash on my forehead. The male phlebotomist who was training to find a vein had a HORRIBLE attitude, complaining that he was tired and wanting to go home. He blew my vein on my left arm. The nurse who watched him found a vein in my right arm and stuck me once after he multiple attempts. I will never go back to this hospital at the complete and utter contempt they had for me in my most vulnerable state. Disgusting. If you have no compassion, get a new career.

Cassie Keblis

Called to schedule a procedure, and the ladies that work in that scheduling department are nothing but rude and nasty. They have absolutely no customer service skills, and I am appalled that when scheduling a procedure for a CHILD they were able to be as nasty and rude as they were.

Phil M

Initially, after reviewing the hospital's website, I was very impressed with all the services they provided. The reviews were mostly all good so when I decided to go down to their ER today, I assumed I was going to receive the help I needed. I left the hospital very discouraged and unimpressed. It took a lot of courage for me to even get there since I was being seen for a socially awkward and very personal reason. The doctor did not seem interested in providing the care I needed of which I have been in great need. I was unable to ask most of the questions I had, which I tried to minimize due to how busy he was. One of the primary reasons I went there was to be pointed towards a primary care physician who may be more specialized toward my medical needs. When I asked how he could help me, he threw his hands in the air and told me to go online. I did attempt to find one online but was having difficulty, and a staff member of MountainStar informed me over the phone to go to the ER and they would help to point me in the right direction. Overall, it was a big waste of time and a huge source of frustration. i will be going to IHC's McKay-Dee tomorrow where I hope to be treated better and get the help I need. And, yes, I have insurance. MountainStar got paid for their time.

Karen Johnson

This was my second knee replacement surgery at Ogden Regional Medical Center in less than a year. I received excellent care from not only the doctor, nurses, and aids, but also from the staff who cleaned my room and from those who assisted with my care. My questions and concerns were addressed and I was truly pleased with my care.

Catherine Houck

Doctor wasn't listening to anything I said the only reason he did a xray on wrist because my husband ask him to he got mad really rude so we didn't dare ask for one to be done on my back I couldn't believe how bad he was my mom has been a nurse for 27 years she couldn't believe the way that doctors bedside manners were

Jim Lahey

Most incompetent mental health facility in the state. Luckily I didn't die from them taking me off of my prescribed antidepressant which I require twice a day. Main doctor kept a constant attitude and seemed to have short term memory loss or he just genuinely did not care. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy here.

Debbye Boe

Visited for some lab work. Got me in and out quickly. Explained what they were doing, and got results to my doctor quickly.

James Holloway

I was treated with respect and courtesy by everyone. I noticed a lot of checking and rechecking of scheduled events and identity to proof treatment protocols. Very professional.

Deborah Shapiro

I felt that the staff were very helpful and communicative.

Dennis anderson

I had a nuclear stress test in August, 2016 followed a couple of weeks later by an attempt at placing stints, but when they started the procedure it was determined that my blockage was too severe. The very next day the performed a triple by-pass. I couldn't ask for more caring nurses and doctors. A year and a half later I began to have symptoms again so they had me back in for another stress test. It turned out to be a false alarm but again we were treated great. The cafeteria is wonderful as well. They always have good food at reasonable prices. The only complaint we have was the instructions for the stress test. When the medical personnel asked me about fasting and some other things that weren't covered in the patient instructions they said they would need to correct the e-mails and instructions.

Kelly Cartwright

I had a $750.00 bill that I made payment arrangements. I have made every monthly payment. But because I made a payment early they counted that as an extra payment and then sent it to collections stating I missed a monthly payment. When in fact in 4 months I made 4 payments, but because 1 was early they don't count that as the regular monthly payment just an extra payment for that month. I don't care if I'm dying, I will never go to that hospital again! On 6/12 I received a call from Allen Rigby at Ogden Regional. He was very nice and agreed I had made every payment when I was suppose to. He said he would take my account out of collections asap. And he did just that. I would like to thank you again Allen and appreciate what you have done.

Blaine Bell

Alana in the ER was awesome. She spent a couple hours patiently trying to clear my pic line so I would not have to have a new one put in. She was successful. Thanks Alana for great service .

Linda Gaz

The office help was very cordial and my appointment was timely which I appreciate. Doctor Jones is great!

Ken Nansel

From Pre op to discharge for my hip surgery ORMC , the care was first class, The Volunteers, Nursing, Doctors and Therapist, I thank you. ORMC is my Hospital of Choice

Robin Coombs

It was nice everyone was nice and pleasant

Nicole Smith

I had a great experience giving birth at Ogden Regional. My nurses were all very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable during and after my birthing process. My Dr (Dr. Smithing) was awesome and even came to check on me the morning we went home. If I have any more babies, I will definitely be going back to Ogden Regional.

Christy Barker

Everyone was helpful & made sure I was comfortable.

Patricia Rhodes

This is the worst experience I have ever had in an ER. The treatment of the nurse and Dr was awful. My Dr’s office called to explain to the nurse what my circumstances were and she wasn’t interested in hearing it. I will never use this hospital again and I will encourage my friends to do the same.

Mady Cook

I went into the hospital at the beginning of this year and was there for five nights of hell. I will never come here again, even if my life depended on it. Nurses were lazy, and one yelled at me for being out too long even thought she told us we didn’t have A time limit. I spent nights wanting to leave but the doctors didn’t okay it, so I touched it out until I was released. I will never come here again.

Aubrey Anna

Just had an ACL reconstruction done at Ogden Regional Medical Center. From receptionist, to nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, post op care, and everyone in between- I was beyond impressed with the exceptional care and treatment. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and kind. I appreciate everyone who participated in my care in making it a good experience and smooth stay. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Whitney Brother

All the nurses were so nice and compassionate.

Paul Smith

Superb facility that is clean and inviting

josephina keller

very fast and pleasant

Julie Cooper

Overall, my experience with Ogden Regional was very good. The doctors and staff were very nice and accommodating. However, no one read the papers that were sent down with me from my local physician so I was given an MRI unnecessarily . All the information that they found out was already in the papers I brought with me. I had three procedures done and wonder why they didn't do just one with the same results. Never got an answer for my questions. But...other than what I've mentioned, care was awesome

Roshanda Israel

Emergency dept..No passion for the people. Glad she didnt go to hospital by herself. Had to ask for a blanket or sheet for patient. Her bllod pressure was high. You know they have to wait til a patients blood pressure goes down before they discharge. They just discharged her. You have to have love and passion to be in the medical field.

Kym Sheets

Ru/CNA and Bradley/PT were amazing in my recovery! Good experience overall. Only experienced a communication gap that 1 nurse seemed to have with everyone. That's the only negative from my 4 day stay. Delicious food, average choices and good atmosphere. My doctors orders weren't transferred from the hospital to the rehab facility so that posed a problem for several days, including scary amount of pain med doses given to me. Thankfully I had the printed orders with me and the facility corrected treatment!

Gus The Mouse

I had the most wonderful experience here.. usually o leave the ER and still have questions.. but tonight was different.. Dr. Anderegg and the RN Valentina were absolutely perfect and nice. They both deserve awards for the amazing bedside manner and care they gave my back while I was in the hospital.
