Worst experience! I went to the ED with a family member because the local instacare thought he was having a heart attack. Dr. Franklin was overseeing his case and was only there to prove the other doctor wrong. Once they ruled out a heart attack after multiple tests and not giving us ANY answers, he told him to just go home and come back if he continued to have problems. I urged him to get a second opinion and he was diagnosed with heart failure a week later by 3 other doctors. No thanks to Dr. Jeremy Franklin, he would probably be hospitalized or dead. I really hope I never have to go back to that dept!

I’ve unfortunately have had to go twice now for my baby. First at 4 weeks and second at 8 months old. So the first experience I had my baby was running a very high fever, it was at like 5 in the morning. With him being 4 weeks old at the time, I do not feel like there was any urgency to get him seen. They took his temp in the ER and it was 103. And this second time that I just barely went, he had a fever at my house at 103 and was very upset. Took him to the ER and everyone that was there that was waiting to be seen they all had hurt limbs. My 8 month old son who was crying and visibly sick, they took an hour and a half. And I had to go up and ask when my son was going to be seen because it was taking so long. The lady was like oh it looks look like he’s supposed to be in a different area of the ER let me see if they have a room available. Seriously!?!! It’s like they would have forgot about him unless I didn’t go up and ask when my 8 month old son would be seen. Not happy at all with the urgency of the ER

They had decided to discharge me within 30 minutes because I needed to see a neurosurgeon, but left me in the room, with no pain management for over an hour. My nurse never even introduced herself and the staff sat outside my door talking about nothing. This place is a Zoo and it's ran by the animals.

Never coming back. Short version: Staff does not regularly check on patients, or act in a timely manner. They are slow, uncaring, and seem inexperienced. Long version: The admission process was easy and quick, but, as soon as we went back, the whole experience was terrible. It took over 30 minutes for the nurse to visit the room, we had to call for someone help for the pain. Close to an hour of waiting, we finally got medicine for the pain. The nurse arriving 45 minutes late, kept insisting to do a urine sample while the patient was still waiting for some medicine. After getting the IV in and medicine flowing, staff stopped coming to check in. After deciding on a Ultrasound and X-ray, the nurse insisted on the urine sample. After the sample was given and the X-ray was done, the nurse realized that the patient needed a full blater for the ultrasound. 2 hours have already passed by this point and she told us we had to wait until enough IV fluid filled his blater to do the ultrasound. 30 minutes into waiting, the pain came back and we asked we could get another dose to hold him over. The station nurse said she would tell our nurse. 30 more minutes passed with no one coming by. After trying to get medicine for almost an hour, we we're told that he was not allowed to have any more medication until proven that there was something causing the pain. We understand because this is Utah with strict medicine laws, but it took them an hour to tell us this! This ER needs new management or a someone to get people to do their job. We've never been this neglected as a patient.

Never go to IHC. Because of the incompetence and apathy of the doctors and being misdiagnosed twice, I missed two months of work and endured extreme pain. I went to another hospital and their doctors found the problem in five minutes and I was forced to have an emergency surgery.

Wow! This place is reviewed badly. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always nice. The staff is always nice. They also take great care of patients in the ER. However, sometimes it does take a while to get checked in.

Terrible don’t go still receiving Random bills 7 month later, was in the emergency room for less than an hour, my insurance paid well over 1200 dollars. They didn’t do any x-rays or anything but a prescription. We just got a bill 5 months ago for a 200 dollar bill. We paid thinking we were done, then 2 months later we got another 200 dollar bill. When asked about the previous 200 dollars they said that may have been a bill from the doctor.

Wife was having pain so we came in here to find out what was wrong. She is 34 weeks pregnant, having lots of pain...but instead of getting her in right away, we waited 1.5 hrs in the emergency room lobby. In other words, if you’re in a lot of pain or dying, expect to wait for them to check you out. HORRIBLE!!!!
