I wish I could give this negative stars and I wish this hospital would get shut down, what they are doing is next to robbery. I went in after my car accident, I had been in a head on accident and hit my head on the window, no physical damage but I had hit my head. They didn’t do anything besides ask me about the accident, I EVEN TOLD THEM I HIT MY HEAD and they didn’t check for a concussion, they didn’t check for anything!!! I went home and had headaches every single day, turns out it was symptoms of a concussion and I had to see a specialist. They charged my insurance over 1200.00 to prescribe me muscle relaxers! That is all they did literally was prescribe me muscle relaxers and ibuprofen and sent me on my way. I was in a car accident where I hit my head and they didn’t even check my head. I’m so disgusted with this place and the fact that they get away with doing this is beyond me. And clearly based off the other reviews I’m not the only one.

We brought our daughter in to be seen, we got in promptly and they got us into a room. Took a few mins for the doctor to come in, he listened to her lungs and a few other things, long story short diagnosed her with ALLERGIES, 2 days later we took her to her doc she didn't have allergies, she has croup, double pink eye & an ear infection. Really?! How does a doctor say all that is just allergies? Will never bring my child here again!!!

Horrible ER Doctor did nothing for a dislocated shoulder. He just kept telling me he can't do anything and was completely rude.

Wow! Will NEVER be back. Came in voluntarily. Filled out paperwork and listed depression as my reason for coming. Within seconds the staff turned frighteningly aggressive. I made it out to my friend's car and we were headed to another hospital. Their security guard came out and immediately started calling me names! He said he was going to call the sheriff but then did not. In front of my friend, he told us he was going to drag me out of the car and beat me up! We then INSISTED that they call law enforcement who luckily showed up quickly and protected me from security and staff. We told our side. They told theirs. Sheriff sided with me and i was driven to the bigger hospital in Layton where staff, so far, has been non threatening and appropriate. If it weren't for law enforcement officers, i think i could have been badly hurt today. We will never return to this particular hosptial. They are dangerous! It was a terrifying experience. All i want it treatment to help me with my terrible depression. You can't find anything like that here!

Worse service at a hospital ever! My 1 yo Had a 104.4 fever and they didn't do anything about it expect make us wait 2+ hours and not come in unless I called and put a cool wash cloth behind his neck. I left and took him to a better more reasonable hospital where I know they will do their damn job. If I was dying I would tell someone to take me anywhere other than here no matter how bad it was

Horrible lady doctor came in doubled over in pain crying she told me they aren't a pain clinic had 2 back surgeries just trying to make it til January for the surgeon horrible they don't care about anyone. Do not go here Brought my wife in today she couldn't move her arm pain in chest. The lady doctor gave her tylonel really? They really don't care to help just wants her paycheck

The worst experience ever! There was barely any wait and they took me to my room and it took an HOUR for a doctor to come see me. No check ups or anything than it took about 30 minutes for them to come back to take my strep test, told me it was negative than he said he was going to go get my prescription for me and took another 40 minutes to bring it back. So annoyed. Sick and tired and annoyed.

I dont understand how hard is it to get lab results sent to my drs office. I waited for over an hour for them to fax my lab results to b sent to my drs office. And i took them over an hour to send her tge results. Not happy

Took amazing care of my daughter. Facility was fast, clean, and quiet. The staff was so friendly, explained everything they were doing and why, and showed great concern for my child. Hopefully we'll never need to come back, but if so, we'll come here without hesitation.

I just want to share my experience here. I went in due to extreme stomach pains. I got there signed in and after walking back my stomach pains after using their bathroom had subsided. So I asked if I could just leave I was feeling much better. The doctor said that was fine and that I would not be charged because I was not seen if they did charge it would be minimal. Well They charged me $800.00 to walk through their doors even though I was not seen and never used any of their services or seen a doctor. I was told this is what they charge just for walking through triage. This amount is insane and I do plan on speaking to a lawyer about this.

WORST HOSPITAL I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I went in due to extreme neck and stomach pain. The doctor and nurse were both very rude and inconsiderate as to what was going I'on. They checked me, offered to give me the very wrong kind of meds, and then proceeded to tell me that they'd do nothing there to take my pain away or even give me a referral. I highly recommend going somewhere else!

I've had to use this ER twice, and the first time I was in and out in 30 minutes. Second time it took two hours, only because I had to have tests run, but was seen within 5 minutes.The staff is very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I have been to this ER MULTIPLE times now. We were worried about trying a diff ER. My husband has a chronic illness that lands him in the ER often. We have had fantastic treatment and care every single time! Different doctor and nurse each time but always great!

horrible! i'd rather drive the extra 15 mins to get to McKay Dee! they did nothing for the pain until i suggested a shot i had received from ogden clinic!! i had to do their job for them! they didnt even ID me when i went in..

I have been in this hospital twice and I will never go there again! The first time they didn't know what to do about my 6 year old son that I found choking kn his blood in his sleep because of a tooth that would stop bleeding, so they were going to just send me away. I told them I wasn't leaving because he could die in his sleep. It took 7 hours to help me. The second time my son needed stitches in his face and the doctor DID NOT numb his face and he felt EVERYTHING! He didn't care that my son was screaming. It took 4 hours. Both times there was no other patients at this hospital and they took their sweet time. I will never go there again.

I am puzzled by other comments, I have had nothing but great care here, me, my youngest daughter and my 24 yo daughter have had ER visits this year and this place I would recommend to anyone, no wait, took great care of us all!!

Horrible Hospital or should I say horrible a ER Doctor! This place had a good nurse and staff but the doctor couldn't care less about my situation. You should school your doctors on how to treat patients! Check them and really really listen and by God... DO NOT TALK AT A PATIENCE BREASTS!!! SICK! Sent me home and helped with nothing! I'll never go back! Now I get to be sick at home and wait days till I can see MY doctor.

I am hoping those that helped us with our grandsons cut head on Friday night December 9th (after 9pm) will see this. Thank you all so much you helped calm all of us down and took very good care of our grandson. From the checkin to leaving it was very good service and you were all kind. The security officer Ted was so good, he came right over to us and helped to calm our grandson down with stickers and he even let Carter use his Batman flashlight. The doctor and staff was very good with Carter and calming to us. It was nice that one generalman even extended his shift to assist with the stitches. Thank you all again, you made a bad experience better.

I came late at night and no one was there. We were taken back quickly, but after that they took forever!! The nurse was the least bit of friendly and did not explain anything. She didn’t even crack a smile the whole time. I mean I get she doesn’t want to be working that late, but come on if she doesn’t like it then she needs to quit! The Doctor was very rude and not helpful! They need to work on their bedside manner! Not impressed and will likely not go back!

Leary after reading reviews BUT amazing care for my first time there last night. Dr Anderegg was great. I was diagnosed quick and pain was relieved even faster. The nurses, and x-ray personnel were gentle and kind. No one likes being sick but this is my go-to place if I have any other emergencies.

I have used this ER several times and most of those times were great! Today I visited this very same ER and was in a ton of pain. They had a few other patients in the ER as well. I was taken in almost the minute I finished checking in. I was treated with dignity and kindness. I wish I could remember the nurses name and I would let her know what a great job she did. And Dr Green was totally amazing. Made me feel very comfortable from minute one. He was extremely professional and yet warm and fuzzy too. Thanks to you both for getting feeling so much better this evening then earlier today!

I'm so glad we ignored the reviews. Our son needed care and this was closer than the other er we had been going to. We were greeted by staff with smiles and who cared. It was nice to be spoken to like human beings and treated with care. Doctor examined our son and treated to the best of his ability and referred us to a local primary care doctor. Again super happy we made the trip and ignored the other reviews. Quick, caring, thorough visit.
