If i could give 0 stars i would. They screwed me big time with the court all because they didnt turn my paperwork over to them. Come to find out its because the person i was working with left the company and they did nothing to notify me or send my paperwork in. Now i have to jump thhrough a ton of hoops and its all thanks to these guys. Highly recommend you go elsewhere!!!!

So disrespectful I felt very discriminated the gentleman told me to fill out paper work and I did then came back to tell me I hand't filled it out properly but wouldn't tell what I did wrong ? I just wanted to do my U-A and get to work apparently I had not taken enough time for him to answer yes or no questions and he knows me better then I know myself. Honestly truth be told they are under staffed took me 2 days and about 30 phone calls and 10 messages to even get 1 call and and a message that didn't even say when I could call back I'm writing this review because I'm lost for words and want to let people know how you really get treated at places like this I have a video of them kicking me out the building once again for not answering yes or no questions like they wanted me to because they know me better then I know myself. OH BY THE WAY THE GUY TELLING ME ALL THIS WAS IN A CRINKLY T-SHIRT NOT EVEN A DRESS SHIRT NO SLACKS JEANS AND COWBOY BOOTS. Not that you're clothes matter but at least look presentable that's not to much to ask is it ? I have proof of everything I just sated don't let people take advantage of you even if you have made a dumb MISTAKE LIKE HAVING WEED ON YOU .# Will post further If needed I'm sure I will be forced to see them again #BRING YOU'RE OWN CAMERA CREW #TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT #NEAL DOWN WHEN SPOKEN TO NOTES #HOPE NOBODY GO'S THROUGH THIS

They don't know how to answer the telephone. I feel as though whoever is in charge of that should be replaced.

I have tried calling three different times, with no answer and NO call back. I would give zero stars but unfortunately that option is not available. Whoever is in charge of this should be fired and replaced. No exceptions, no excuses. I can see this place running out of business very shortly.

I thought my UNI psych evaluation would change my life. It did. UNI is astonishingly unprofessional, disrespectful, unethical, and deceitful. PLEASE seek help elsewhere. My outpatient evaluation left me feeling judged, violated, and robbed. It seems as if they've mastered how to take advantage of the very people who cannot advocate for themselves. Protect yourself.

They dont even answer the phone or they hang up everytime you call!! They dont call you back when you leave Voicemails either. Why waste your money?! I rate a 0.

This place is a joke! Yolanda needs to find a new job, she obviously hates her job and is very judgmental about the people coming in. I have never in my life worked with someone so nasty. Their policies do not even make sense, with today's technology why can't they take a payment over the phone? I live 45 minutes away and have to take public transportation.
