Very unprofessional, no attention to privacy regulations they gave info to just anyone, and rude staff. Not there by choice, had to drive a long way and was treated rudely. They had sherrifs ask us to leave because children were not quiet enough. As if we were simply there to hang out. We hope we never have to return.

I found the ER staff very caring and friendly. As a fact I "Thank Them" for saving my life. The doctor was great as well as everyone else there. This Thanksgiving I gave thanks for them being there for me.

Nice hospital but always has to transfer to SA. No doctors and qualified staff to help with major health issues

ER staff horrible. Very rude & mean to patient I took in. Basically pushed her in wheel chair & said nothing wrong with her. Went to other hospital patient had C Diff severe infection which could be deadly.

Be very careful if you don't get a bill within a month. They immediately turn you over to collections. I was there and got multiple bills from the hospital. Paid them all. Then found out they sent me to collections, Physician Nancy Chasteen. Never once received a bill from this physician.They also call when they send out your bill. Never got the call regarding this physician's bill either. For some reason they think it is perfectly acceptable to turn an account over to a debt collector without first attempting to collect the debt. Poor practice by hospital billing. Very disappointed.

One lady with short almost bold hair told me rudely why did I come in the ambulance and I told her why not back so NEVER GO HERE they are rude and selfish

Took very good care of my Mom, and i'm very thankful. They are alot better than Beeville.

My husband had surgery here and the staff were all so nice and welcoming! The facility was very organized and clean. 5 stars.
