My husband spent some time here after bilateral knee replacement. He was impressed with the physical therapy staff and the facility. The food, nursing staff, doctors, and everyone involved in his stay were top notch. He especially liked the team approach to physical therapy. The physical therapist and occupational therapist were easy to work with and genuinely seemed to care about his recovery. He is not easily impressed but was with this facility and staff.

I went to visit a patient today and was there several hours, I am very unhappy that my friend who needed help to get out of bed had to wait over 45 mins. Sam in physical therapy did a great job working with my friend. However, nurse care is lacking a lot. Maybe understaffed is the problem. It seems that several nurses need additional training and reminded to have better attitude with patients. My friend doesnot have use of lower body and their feet and legs were tangled up under the foot of wheelchair while being pushed down the hallway. I stopped the nurse and fix their foot back on wheelchair foot rest, the nurse acted as if I was wasting her time. It happened several more times in the room and I had to point it out; hopefully, my friend doesn't have a broken ankle. The building is decorated very pretty and rooms have lots of space. If your family member goes here make sure you check on them often. Patients with frequent visitors get better care. I left upset what kind of care my friend will get when no one is around. Thanks.

They barely deserve two stars; they leave trays sitting in rooms for hours, they don't clean the rooms good, and they neglect duties like updating the board and checking on the patients.

My wife had a stroke and we stay there around 11 days I got to recommend get your Love one there soon as possible you never feel like you in a hospital it’s more like a heights motel they not just great at therapy or just doing there job they are very nice and clean and you wouldn’t call there food hospital food it’s great there is so much I could said until you been there and see how it’s run you don’t really have the words to tell it all I was so glad when they came by the hospital and told us spire was going to take her in God Bless the people who work there for really caring my wife holding our grandson I stay up most of the time while I was there and never heard alarm go off at any room day or night I said with in 5 to 10 seconds at the most that there would be a nurse or two at that room and we never had to push the nurse button one time while we were there they was like clockwork and more never had to asked for anything not just my wife myself to they made sure we had everything day and night 24/7

Physical therapy has been excellent but nursing care had been bad. Have waited over 30 minutes after pressing the call light for assistance to the bathroom at night. Finally tried to get up without assistance and fell. Don't stay here if you are dependent on nurses to help you, go to another facility.

The care was ok but the billing is horrible. I've called Spire and the corporate billing department over 5 times now for them to file my mom's BC/BS supplemental. They say they will and never do. Now she receives a letter from a collection agency. It's not worth staying here because they do not have proper customer services / billing / insurance departments. It's so frustrating.

First off, The nursing staff is horrible.One day my father hit the red button 20 minutes it took them to come in. They just flat out don't care. The rehab staff was pretty good to my father and he seemed to like most of them. Second, My father informed me that he was almost given someone else's meds.. Well about 2 weeks ago an hour after my father was given a shot of "insulin" he went into cardiac arrest (I'm not placing blame) it just seems suspect. It took them like nine tries before they were able to get his food the way he needed it. If I could give this place less than a star I would.
