This company's billing practices is a horror show. They failed to send bills to attorneys office, but had no trouble sending my account to a collection agency (revenue recovery). When I pulled my credit report there sat University Radiologists. I called my attorney to see why they did not include this bill in the final disbursement and was told they never got the additional bill, seems UR sent one bill but not the other one, so it was never paid. The issue is between UR billing and OEB law offices. However UR will not pull their mistake from the agency so my credit continues to be negatively impacted. Needless to say I am suing UR billing department for their error and for not pulling the account from the agency as well as negatively impacting my credit. Any other patients having this issue?

This bunch should not be part of the University of Tennessee Medical system. Poor analysis, flakey insurance codes, and abusive billing practices with business name changes and a different statement every month. You will never see anything but a statement, no superbill even when asked for and nothing online that is worth any research. Some kid's name shows up as who you are paying or it's marked "private" on things like healthfunds. Rest assured that you will be referred to a credit bureau and a bunch of Gogans with a bill of sale of your account coming with pitchforks. Good luck!

Sent me bills that should have been sent to my insurance company. When I called they told me that it was a mistake, that they were waiting for info from UTMC on the charges??? They should work this issue out with UTMC. DON'T send me the bill. So if they mail you an invoice with an amount due first check with your insurance company or call them before blindly paying it.
