The hospital here is fantastic. You can tell that the staff cares. Everyone from the admins to the surgical staff work to make you feel comfortable. Plus the castle theme is awesome. The kids like it and it seems to put them at ease. In addition, it's attached to the rest of the hospital so it's easy to get everything in one place. I've recommended this hospital in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Our twins were transferred here to get their remaining care after they were born premature. We have come back for appts with Dr. Wallace. The set up, the staff, the whole castle is just great!

Very compassionate staff and comfortable visit. Made a difficult situation a lot better. Their life flight crew was amazing!! Definitely would recommend this over any other hospital in the state!! We have stayed in Rapid City and Spearfish and there is no comparison whatsoever

All three of my girls have received care here. Everyone is top notch and clearly care a great deal about the patients. The atmosphere is about the best you could ask for in a hospital. The castle theme makes it fun for kids and a little less scary. The staff is excellent about coordinating care for medically complex kiddos as well. This is the only place I will go to for my kids.

Wonderful healthcare provided in a relaxing atmosphere by truly exceptional doctors and staff. They aren't just trying to rush you along and move on to the next patient; they take all the time necessary to give your child an entirely accurate diagnosis. Then they sit down with you and explain everything in detail until you feel absolutely confident that you understand the diagnosis and any actions you will need to take. They're an amazing group of people there at Sanford Children's, and I'm really grateful that we were referred to them.
