I spent 3 days in the Heart Hospital, one of which was Intensive Care. I was impressed with everything from the organized parking to the health care providers. Every step of the way of my surgery I was treated with respect and courtesy. During the pre-op process, all my questions and concerns were addressed. At the hospital, providers took time to talk with me and address my fears. In Intensive Care, providers were extremely attentive. They had prepared me for what was going to happen in surgery. Afterwards, I was well cared for. In the heart hospital, the staff takes time to review your information every shift change. This is reassuring. The staff is organized, caring and respectful. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this facility.

My dad is suffering from congestive heart failure.. He has had triple by-pass surgery here and has had to be admitted numerous times over the years... The staff have been wonderful, respectful, and courteous to both my dad and our family... They are diligent and make us feel like they care... Every single time.. I can't thank them enough.

Wife had surgery here and we stayed 3 days. Every nurse and staff we came across has been frendly and professional. Even maintenance workers when they pass you in the hall. We traveled here from Indiana for a specific surgeon that palmetto was smart enough to add to there team.
