One star is entirely too much. I got here at 12am on 6/27/2019 because my throat was closing up. I was triaged very quickly, while in triage, my nurse who is an RN named Jessica, was extremely insensitive. She asked how long since I noticed my throat was closing up, & used air quotes while asking, as if I was faking it. I had the front desk nurse tell me that I was next, and then proceeded to take 3 more patients back before me. I finally just left at 3am, without being seen. THREE HOURS, I waited THREE HOURS to be seen because of my throat closing due to an allergic reaction! This place is a joke.

The experience I had was terrible. I was in horrendous pain, brought here by EMS. Was interrogated by the doctor as to why I had the ambulance bring me while I was in pain. I was give 2 tylenol and when I asked for a non controlled medication for migraine, was informed that the facility didn't carry this common migraine medication. I essentially passed out from pain and when I regained consciousness, was dischargeed with no explanation of results from CT scan or blood work.

This place is horrible you come by ambulance and only to have to wait in the regular ER for over two hours for a car accident that gave you back pain. The EMS is even more ridiculous when coming to pick him up they didn’t put a neck brace so if any spinal injury occur guess who being sued and the hospital because they made us wait over 2 hours in a ER for a car accident. I work in the hospital field and this is ridiculous. Just wait for paperwork.

If you have a baby I hope Breig isn’t your nurse. Didn’t give my wife her pain medicine prescription when she discharged now they can’t find it. Very irresponsible nurse. Ridiculous.

I've been to this emergency room twice and I wish I could add more than just one review of this place because I've had nothing BUT a phenomenal experience BOTH times. The first time Nurse Joy was so sympathetic and understanding of my situation. This trip Nurse Kayla was amazing and was very sympathetic but also very positive and had a contagious optimism to her. She did everything she could to help me and my husband feel less worried. I absolutely love this hospital and every part of it that is attached. Thank you Parkridge.

Very badly service today I had a allergy reaction at 2:30 got the emergency room about 30 minutes later and still waiting to be seen that the first I every had to wait this long very bad service
