Wanna pay a TON of money for ONE single COPAY just to WALK IN?? GO HERE!!!! They never do anything right, something is always messed up after every single visit. Friendly staff, but no one knows how to do anything right. Point blank.

They lied to you and they don't tell you everything that's going to happen then when you complain about extreme pain an irritation from one of the procedures they do they don't give you anything for it other then med's that don't work or help with the pain an irritation

Horrible customer service with zero organization. The receptionist was yelling at children to move their seats. Once my 1 year old was called back for X-rays the tech got flustered and called him a “little turd” for being scared. Thankfully he will not need to go back there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH A HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!! My advice is that if you can’t deal with kids get out of pediatrics! The tech in question was wearing a Redskins Jersey. Don’t remember her name.

You are better off going to Nason Medical, Doctors Care, MED Care, any other urgent care facility. I cannot believe what this place will charge you just to walk in the door compared to other facilities. I have health insurance, we were in and out of the office in 2 hrs, and for a simple strep test im looking at hundreds of dollars in fees!!! I could have gone to a hospital and paid less than this place. Total rip off, and we will never go again!

I was told that I was sent a letter that I never received in Nov. 2016 dismissing me from the clinic due to attendance. I have many illnesses and found this to be very strange. I sincerely believe like so many places here there are double standards. Higher standards for Whites who can afford insurance and lower for Blacks and others including Whites who are on Medicaid and Medicare like myself. We are looked at as nothing in the eyes of the trillion dollar "healthcare" industry. They have no care nor compassion for us and it shows after I've been a patient here since 2014.
