REVIEWS OF MUSC Health Florence Medical Center IN South Carolina

This hospital is the worst I ever have been to. The ER team doesn't pass on information to floor nurses, the right hand dont know what the left is doing at any moment. Doctors dont see patients and when they are called they give the nurses attitude for calling them for the patient and their family. Stay away from this hospital no wonder it is going through a change and it doesn't look promising..

I am a nurse at Carolina Hospital in Florence South Carolina, and I have seen it all from medical errors to plain out neglect, and abuse of patients. I have witnessed patients not getting their medicine on time,or sometimes not getting them at all. I also have witnessed patients dieing and the cause was classified and documented as something else, so families I advice you to have someone assist your family members at all times when you come to Carolinas in Florence SC,if you want them to live, because some of the staff is just there for the pay check, not compassionate to patients, or their families.

Worst possible treatment I have ever experienced. Came in on an ambulance, got admitted that night, been here since Sunday night and I've only seen the doctor twice. He basically tells me that I am faking, most of the nurses are heartless and have treated me horribly. No one comes in my room to update us on anything and they still won't give me my meds that I am suppose to be taking everyday. This treatment is appalling and I will be speaking with a lawyer because I am not paying for treatment like this. I'm still here and still nothing!

This hospital service is just as worse as tuomey hospital in sumter

Jennifer Whitaker

Nice hospital. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Site is pleasant. Better than many other hospitals I have visited. Day hospital was well run. Top notch equipment.

Jessica Maleckar

It is hit or miss. I have disabilities, and while I USUALLY get kind, compassionate, care in the ER, it is NOT followed by tye floor doc. If you get STUCK on the fifth floor, beware of the African hospitalist. He will question your true pain and tell you that you are nothing more than a drug seeker. Straight up BS. Working with a lawyer to sue for negligence! Maybe MONEY will help with their attitudes and neglect!

They didn't properly try to save my dying father first of all and then my mom got a pill cam done and they said they don't have the results or anything about it 3 months later. It's pathetic I'll die before I go there.

I only give a one star because of Doctor on the 8th floor between the dates of 11-20-11-21 the nurses were ok here but the ER was way better Steffany in the ER on the date 11-20 was the best nurse I have ever had in a hospital An treated me with respect unlike how there doctors do once your admitted . The doctor did not listen to what I was telling him! He didn’t even remember the right space I’m in pain in ! He also was to busy treating me like a drug addict an saying my pain An throwing up was from a headache When I had been throwing up for days An the pain started before any thing else ! An I didn’t go to med school but I’m sure you get a headache after throwing up Consistently For days before you even go to a ER just a thought . That Doctor is a joke ! He was plan out just rude an Ignorant He doesn’t talk to where you can understand I didn’t attend med school but I know my body is telling me something an when you ask questions he respondes rudely I don’t think your doctor is good with the People he interacts with ! An he needs to go ! An as I still wait to make my complaint as this happened this morning it truly shows me how much this Hospital LACKS ! I will always tell everyone to never come here that’s for sure !

Big shout out to Carolinas Hospital System and the entire cath lab as well as staff on the 9th floor. Excellent care from everyone from admission to discharge. Could not have asked for more. Making Carolinas Hospital System my hospital

Been waiting in the ER for 2 hours. Took me in the back to a small curtain room just to wait 5 more hours. These people are just straight up slow and lazy. They do more laughing, playing n sitting on there fat a** than anything. Please dont go here. Drive to Columbia to be seen.

Waited for 3 hrs for a catscan. Finally Dr came into Are a and said I forgot to order it. Another 2 hrs and nothing so we left.

My father had a heart attack in the beginning of August. When I got to him he was already in CVICU. By all reports he received tremendous care in the ER and was taken to the cath lab quickly where Dr. Lee was unsuccessful as he was 100% occluded. While in the CVICU we received tremendous care from Chip, Bekah and Amy. Ultimately, Dr. Ohm advised us that they were unable to perform any interventions or surgeries and told us "we don't do bipass on 1 artery. You should trust me. I can handle this." After much consideration, we requested a second opinion. MUSC accepted my dad and we were transferred there for further care. On arrival to MUSC, he was nearly taken back to the cath lab but meds were changed and chest pain was halted. A couple of days later, my dad had TRIPLE bipass and I learned that they do indeed perform single bipass surgeries. While I am grateful to Carolina's for his initial care and MUSC for life saving surgery I am mindful that this was facilitated by Amy, his RN in CVICU who was absolutely a patient advocate. I'll NEVER forget her professionalism and compassion. Amy was a large piece of the puzzle that ultimately saved his life.

Needless to say that I will never come back to this place, Mcleod ER has 4 times the size of Carolina’s or MUSC yet I was seen faster at Mcleod than MUSC. Went to the ER with a severe abdominal pain and after 6 hours I found myself in pain and still waiting at the waiting room to be taken back to see somebody. While I was waiting there was a lady vomiting the whole time she was there, dying in pain and crying out loud begging for someone to help her, and nobody did anything to help her, no nurses came to check on her and the front desk just told her that she had to wait even though she was vomiting all over the front desk as well. On top of everything else the place was filthy and the personnel has no idea on how to work the system because they couldn’t even figured out how to take my insurance(Tricare). So, please if you can avoid going to the emergency on this place, please do so. Mcleod is way better, faster, and way mire efficient.

The One

Horrible doctor care!!!!! The doctor wouldn’t come in my room to talk to me. The doctor took hours to but medical orders in for my nurse to assist me. The doctor sent a student in my room to talk to me, after I gave a NO on a consent form to have student care. Day one I asked for a patient representative to talk to about the doctor and a nurse was sent to talk to me instead. Day two with the same doctor and once again horrible treatment. She ordered a hundred test so the hospital could bill my insurance, but the doctor did not want to provide me with minimal acceptable patient care.

Verna Sellers

My oncologist, Dr. Skaff, my surgeon, Dr. Pack, and their entire team has been excellent, But the head nurse at Central Registry, is rude and down right heartless!!! Professionals like her, needs classes on how to greet and treat people. Especially patients whose already dealing with enough... She almost ruined my entire view of Carolinas Hospital!

Lisa Cronin

Horrible experience. 1. Went to the Emergency Room presenting with all the stroke indicators. I informed the attendant and he called “Trauma” care”. I was told to sit down and wait. No Nitroglycerin tablets, no aspirin no nothing. Sidebar: This ain’t my first rodeo and I know what is supposed to be done when a patient presents with stroke indications. 2. After 45 minutes I went back to the attendant and informed him I had taken an aspirin and I still needed a doctor immediately. 3. Again, told to wait. 4. After an additional 30 plus minutes I was called to “Trauma” room 1 only to answer ridiculous questions about who the admitting doctor was and why did he not admit me instead of showing up at the ER. In between previous history questions going back over 30 years. 5. I was forced to listen to two women complaining about their jobs, how miserable, how intolerable the conditions (with one even sharing she had picked up the shift, requested the shift because she needed the money. Meanwhile, still desperately needed to be seen by a doctor 6. I was told to take a seat in the waiting room, yet again. Meanwhile all the TVs in the room had shown nothing but the importance of getting immediate medical attention/treatment ASAP to avoid permanent damage. 7. After an additional 20 plus minutes a Doctor came into the waiting room to speak to me (without question he was the rudest of several professionals (?) I dealt with that night). He started with “You can see what we are dealing with here. The waiting room is full of patients”. Well no. I pointed out the arm band and only 7 patients were waiting at this point. I informed him only 9 patients had been there, including me, since around 8:00 which could be easily proven by the charts and the rest of the room was filled with loved ones. After all it is an ER! If you can’t handle 9 patients, route them through the appropriate channels (critical, emergency, acute, chronic and non emergency medical services needed), what will you do if there is a huge emergency such as a chemical accident, multiple car accident, mass shooting, etc.? These things do happen, as we all know. 8. At 12:20 am, I went to the “Trauma”room and told them I did not care what they wrote on my chart I wanted to be admitted right then. * After all the other 8 patients had been admitted and “Sorry, by far my medical problems more serious than others (possibly with the exception of child hit in the forehead, who was the 7th patient). 9. Most importantly: Still up to this point, NO ONE HAD TAKEN MY VITALS! Really. You can’t make this up, people. On the positive side: Once admitted an abundance of necessary test were conducted and treatment began. The team of doctors was fine as they should be with the exception of one. He was superb. I had 3 wonderful nurses, 1 great CNA and the Nutritionist was also wonderful. The nutrition staff did what was possible to provide a palatable and nutritious meal. Which was difficult as I have no appetite and little sense of taste. Back to the unbelievable but true: 10. The room was filthy. Truly filthy. I repeatedly had to ask to have my room cleaned. I was in the room when it was “cleaned” and you could not tell the difference. Literally. I pointed out several major filth/health issues to a nurse and he had the cleaning staff return to clean the room (which is always important, potentially even more so because at this point I waiting for test results for CDIF and told I would have to moved to a sterile room). Sidebar: Aren’t all hospital rooms sterile? At least when your admitted? 11. I did not have hot water in my room. Not even warm water. Unbelievable but true. I begged to be released. Literally. To date I am shocked at the treatment I received. I am Two- time Cancer Survivor. I was treated both times at MUSC Charleston. MUSC. Not.

Let me start by saying, I been to different hospitals and I have heard bad stories but I can tell you this is the worst hospital. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, nurses and doctors do what they want when they want. If you request no drugs they dope you up because they can keep you longer, forget leaving once you get there if you request a second opinion if it isn't with there doctor's your stuck there, they will refuse to send you to other qualified and real competent staff. If you raise concerns they bring in security and treating you. The administrative people are just as bad with helping cover up their incompetent doctors mistakes, fair warning go to a real hospital because you will not find it here.

Wendy Guzman

Unfortunately I need to give one star as the lowest score but definitely they don't deserve any... On April we went to ER cause my 3 year old had a small cut under his lip.. Two of the nurses (a male and a female) told me that these cut was nothing to be worried about, that he will be fine.. The doctor came and she "evaluated" the incision and told me that she needed to put some glue on it, "just in case". Apparently every thing was ok... As a mom the only thing you want is that they are fine.... But when I receive my bill they are charging me these "glue" as a MINOR PROCEDURE and the cost is $1123.50 and have another charge of $187.50 of a SIMPLE PROCEDURE, that is being canceled... Apparently they decide to charge these "Glue" as stitches... I have being asking a refund, and calling to complain, but apparently because I already paid they don't know what to do.... Please don't go to the Carolinas ER, they will do anything to charge you for a procedure you don't need, and then change that procedure for other of a huge cost and they will not accept their mistake... I'm still waiting and it's being 3 months of any answers...

Caring Hospital!! All the staff is so nice and very helpful. Dr. Edwards in the ER is very nice, concern, and he's going to make sure you get all the care you need in the ER. If you're admitted in the hospital, Dr. Woodberry!! Is my doctor he is very patient, he listens and he's going to take care of the problem. I live 30 miles from this hospital and I don't mind driving to go there.

I was a patient at CHS in May 2015 and I received excellent care. Beginning in registration and including all Nurses, Laboratory, Housekeeping, Hospitalist and everyone else that stepped foot in my room. I was there for 9 days and I could not have asked for a more caring and professional group of people. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were kept that way. If I pressed the call button a nurse came in the room immediately, usually not even answering the intercom but coming straight to the room. If I asked for medication it was brought within 10 or 15 minutes which is great because I have seen people wait for over an hour at another hospital. I have worked in the Laboratory at hospitals for 32 years so I know what to look for in Healthcare and I know I wouldn't get this kind of great care anywhere else. Thank you Carolinas Hospital System!

Samantha Sumner

I'm here all... the... time. The staff is amazing. I have extremely bad, painful migraines. They always check me in with the lights off. Then they let me sit in the family waiting room, which has a door and I can also control the lights. The doctors are so very understanding. They always know what helps and what doesn't. Recently, I had a test done at a different facility. Unfortunately, I ended up having a CF leak. My husband took me to the ER where, God bless his soul, Dr. Russell was there. He tried everything he could to get the leak under control. When his way didn't work, he called in an anesthesiologist, Dr. Lee, who performed a blood patch. Unfortunately, it didn't take and I was right back there 2 days later, again with Dr. Russell. He again tried absolutely everything. And again, another blood patch. This one hasn't stuck either, but I'm just on bed rest rather than bothering them again. Moral of the story, Carolinas ER is the best, most understanding hospital I've ever been too. They've never once treated me as a drug seeker. (Maybe because I'm not and they know it.) Everyone, from check in staff, nurses, security, doctors and even then janitorial staff are all amazing individuals whom need raises and a hellofalot more respect. Thank you so much. I'm sure I'll see you again unfortunately for me.

In the past 3 weeks I have had an opportunity to experience MUSC Florence from 3 different vantage points. My mother-in-law broke her hip and spent time in the ER and several days on the 4th floor. My husband, who is a patient at Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston is having Radiation Treatment with Dr. Wooten here in Florence every day for 2 weeks and I just finished scheduling 2 scans to be done at MUSC Florence . Without exception, our experience with the staff members of the ER, 4th Floor, Radiation Oncology and Scheduling was helpful and professional. Thanks to everyone!

Arawn Decimus

Their billing department makes numerous errors and if you request an itemized bill, in a year they won't get it to you. Currently I'm in at central registration and have been here almost an hour (52 minutes at last check). I've watched several of the clerks leave and lines build up just to sign in to get started. The fire alarm went off and doors slammed shut, a code red was announced for the third floor. No one left the room, I'm guessing for fear of losing their place. If you look at their Facebook page, there's no place to post unless you comment on one of their posts.

Michelle Fields

It is so nice to have an ER with short wait times. I also appreciate the compassion of the staff. Dr. Skaff is awesome also!

Carol Yarborough

Watch out in the emergency rooms doctors there will add to or over exaggerate what you say because of not saying it plainly I lost 6 days of my life an radiology did not read my exray very well because they would have seen why I was in so much pain I have 2 Disc sitting on each other I will never go back there or send anyone there again they do not care about their patients

Shane Briggs

Emergency room is a joke...the people working in the emergency room were a joke...they need to shut the doors on this imposter of a hospital...what a joke...if I lived in Florence I'd go to a vet clinic before I'd go there...McLeod ain't hittin on much either...sad for the people of Florence and surrounding counties...smh

Ty Mack

God forbid someone comes here for a life threatening emergency. The wait in the emergency room was ridiculous. Not to mention, ER staff seems as if their job isn’t a main concern.

Jamie Howell

oh my word...I can't exspress how bad the lack of communication is and how slow they work to meeting the patients needs!!..I am sitting right now in a room with my mom who the doc himself said he would consider being the sickest patient bc she is at risk of loosing her rt lung and the part they need to do her surgery for the anesthesiologist is broken so had to post pine surgery for tomorrow now they just said the tool won't be shipped til friday and my mom can't wait til friday to have surgery..so they will have to transfer her and I honestly thank God bc when I tell you noone seems to have it together I mean every department even down to the nutrition workers...and not to add a doc came in earlier to get my mom and he came in the wrong room he was wanting someone else!!!...something needs to be done bc this is very scary!!

Suggestive Carp

Lack of service for patients and vistors. 15 minutes checks for patients are mandatory. It did not happen. I am upset.

Kendra Gaskins

Rude staff and lack of service for patients.

mgould08

The medical staff are great and I always receive excellent care. However, the billing department is HORRIBLE. I always have problems being billed for things that are not my responsibility (reported on my credit!), things are not billed to my insurance properly which results in things reported to my credit that are not my responsibility. When my insurance company and I tried to contact the hospital we got very rude people and were repeatedly hung up on. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with that part of it.

Steven Doyle

Worst hospital i have ever seen staff is very rude not only that but the way they treat they’re patients are horribly unprofessional. Also the inside of the hospital floors are just plain nasty

Dennis

Five minutes after my brother passed away in Nov. 2016 there they were wanting me to tell them what to do with him. I was trying to call family members and they kept bugging me like they wanted to push him out the door. Then when I got home they called and wanted me to donate body parts. Very cold and impersonal if you ask me and I was offended by their lack of compassion.

This is the worse managed hospital I have ever been involved in! Nurses are in the dark & know nothing! The surgeons do not work together to give patients a decision. My Dad is there, facing amputation of his leg or legs. One surgeon says one below the knee and the Vascular surgeon says both should be removed! He's had all the correct test for his diagnosis but that's the only good thing I can say! Poorly managed! Carolinas Systems need not be in the medical business. My husband has been a CEO of a hospital for 30+yrs, educated at Duke University, he's shocked! I've been a nurse for almost 30 yrs. and I can't even put into words well enough to explain how unsafe you would be in this place! My Dad has a family member or more with him 24/7! Now we are getting him transferred asap. Once a limb is amputated it's gone.....so we only do this once! Please everyone.....don't leave a loved one here unattended. Dangerous! Get a second opinion!!!!!

Miranda Price

I had to visit the ER today, and I cannot possibly say enough good things about the staff who attended me. Nurse Charlotte and the Nurse Practitioner Lori were the nicest ladies I have ever had treat me. Everyone I came in contact with showed compassion, shared a soft smile, and were very helpful in every way. They checked on me often, and were very clear about all the tests being run. My wait was practically nonexistent. I am so thankful that Carolinas allowed my experience to be calm and well organized. I will not forget it.

We were told by the ER nurse on the phone to come back to the hospital that they would probably send home our family member. We get to the hospital and the doctor said that they are keeping her. Hospital staff is rude and nurses have horrible bed side manors.

In hospital three days. Serious ailment so I understand the need to test me, prod me and prick me every ten minutes, But the food was uneatable and the entire hospital felt cold to me. Tissue thin cotton "blankets" just don't make it.

Please - do NOT take your family members or anyone you care about to this hospital. My daughter was admitted through the ER where we spent 5 hours waiting on staff to assign her to a room. There were two large water bugs (unbelievable) crawling up the wall in the ER treatment room! There was NO hot water in her ER room or regular room. NO hot water in a hospital full of germs - I'm still in disbelief. The doctor apologized profusely for the wait & said we should've been taken to a room immediately. Then, on the first day of a four-day stay, my daughter started her period. The 5th floor nurse (nasty & hateful) told me if my daughter needed tampons, I would need to bring them from home! I went across the street & bought them from CVS. In the entire four days, they NEVER changed her bed sheets. One nurse (April) never moved from her desk except TWICE in her entire 12-hour shift! I am still shaking my head at the lack of cleanliness & compassion from Carolinas Hospital - STAY AWAY!

Staceyy Pearce

love the care and fastness of the ER, but some of the main employees in the hospital are rude, nasty and extremely childish don't know how to properly talk in an adult manner. It's sad nurses and doctors act like such to people.

Monica Glenn

The entire staff was fast and friendly!! Best ER I have ever seen.

Adisha Blackmon

Great dining area nice building there are so many services offered here.

Aundrea Henson

I had to lay in the breeze way throwing up and dry heaving (among other things ) for everyone who entered the ER to see. None of the staff assisted me or even asked if they could help! Once I got in the back ,hours later, treatment didn't get any better! I had to plead with the doctor for pain medication ,after he accused me of being a junkie (with a mental problem) just wanting pain medicine ;while I'm laying there throwing up everything except for my guts, because what he prescribed for me the first time didn't work. No one should be treated that way EVER and especially when it's an emergency.

Shivonda Mack

Before MUSC took over Carolina Hospital's wait time was 45 min. Now it's four hours in the wait room. This is absolutely slack....over one and half hours went by and not one person was called back. Nothing said from the Hospital staff. There is no excuse for this.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE heed the negative reviews of this place. Several of the previously stated issues and more came true for our family. Please believe me when I say you do not want to take the chance of any of these things happening to your loved one. We are so shocked and appalled at what happened to our loved one. I would hate for any of this to happen to anyone else. I sincerely hope you have a choice, and that you choose a different facility.

This hospital is one of the worst. They don't follow doctor's order, some of the doctors and nurses are rude and very unprofessional.

Alemeter Williams

Carolinas or now called MUSC has really gone down hill. My father in law is a patient on the MICU floor and the nurses and staff are rude and ungrateful. My father in law was admitted Sunday and the nurses that we have come in contact with have attitudes and it is like a hassle to have them do something as simple as answering a few questions or changing a bandage. My father in law fell out of the bed which on his door has fall risk and he is a fall risk patient. He tried to get the nurses attention last night for him to go to bathroom. Nurses were no where to be found. His bed alarm was not turned on but yet it needs to be on at all times because he is fall risk patient. It's one thing and bad enough to worry and be scared for a love one, but it makes matters worse to have to worry about the care their in.

Charles Green

Very professional and friendly service!

Brother Bryan Bostic

It's not a good hospital the staff in the ER they all play around to much i waited 6 hours in the ER room and didn't get no pain meds.

Richard Davis

This is the worst service I have received from a hospital. I called the main desk all it did was constantly ring. You don't even deserve that star I was being nice

derrell morris

I recently had spine surgery here and was treated with the utmost kindness and respect! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Highly Recommended!!

La Christa Poole

Dr. Russell gave excellent care. The whole staff was very attentive to my needs. Dr. Russell listened to my concerns and explained a course of treatment. He has great communication skills and a even better bedside manner. The triage nurse on duty explained the wait to those of us waiting in the ER. Why some were being seen and releases earlier. Linda came by to check on me after I saw the doctor to explain they wer waiting on my test results before releasing me. Bravo to tonight's ER staff! Thank you for helping me.

Well a family member of mine had a bypass surgery there this week . They kept us informed on the surgery all day . We were very pleased with the care thatv was received in CIUC Nurse Melissa was Great. . Moved to the 9th floor and down Hill it went. We have seen on lady I'm assuming a Tech not the actual nurse and might I add she is Rude. Thank the Lord that only lasted a hr our so. Shift change and a new tech now. So let's hope this gets better. Because right now this is quite ridiculous! ! And I mean the Attitude problem. If you can't act decent to the patients why be a nurse ??? Or interact with people that are in need. Last time I checked that's what you are paid to do ....

Vicki McCrea

I changed to Carolina's Hospital because of the wonderful things I had heard about Carolina's. Dr. Skaff is an awesome oncologist. He spent so much time with me and my husband. I had to have surgery there in May, and again in September. (thanks Dr. Pack and Dr. Griffin and my doctors who put me to sleep.)Both times the doctors, the nurses, the aides, everyone was kind and always smiling. Even when it was hard to find the vein for the iv, they did great. I would recommend Carolina's Hospital highly.

Lisa Maria Baynes

To be honest I arrived at this Hospital after leaving the McLeod emergency room because of the unprofessionalism and uncaring staff. When I got to MUSC I was already beside myself with such pain and was taken right back to a very caring nursing staff. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse that was in the room with me because she was an angel. I was immediately cared for and taken for my scan to find out my appendix had ruptured and I was immediately taken to surgery. This staff was amazing, caring, professional, and I knew I was in excellent hands. Thank you all for your excellent service.

Alesa Harvey

Came in from Ga. To be with my close friend who is on life support. I came straight to hospital to see him had two small bags my purse and a small bag of snacks . The persons who ga be me a ride had to get back so I got my bags and set to getting my ride. No answer . Went in because it was getting cold.my friend on the phone asked to speak to a security about an indegent voucher ( churches give them to help people who need a ride home where I am from.) Let's just saying was treated like dirt. By the head nurse. Hospital is fine but that woman is in the wrong field.

Shania Emans

Worse hospital I’ve have ever been admitted to! Nurses are rude. Rooms are not even that big. They don’t try and keep you comfortable. You press your call light nobody comes! Horrible just plain horrible

I got sent to the ER from school for suicidal ideation because I had a panic attack ( I have panic attacks often ) and in the midst of all that I had a thought anyways they sent me and they decided they wanted to commit me so my mom left and I was locked in there by myself, I had to knock to get out.. you know normal suicide room stuff. Anyways I wanted to call my mom, so I knock and the security guy comes in there and I’m like I want I call my mom, so I sit down and I’m waiting and I’m waiting and I’m waiting. I waited a good hour and I go and knock on my door again and I’m like I asked to call my mom a hour ago... he said “your nurse is on the phone, I’ll ask when she gets done”. I look out my little window in my door and I see her on her PERSONAL CELL PHONE. so a good hour later (I’m not exaggerating) he comes in there and is like it’s after 10 o clock now we can’t let you call anyone. I got really upset because they had me thinking I was going to be able to talk to her and then I had a panic attack AGAIN because I got myself so worked up. I knocked on the door because I felt like I was going to die (I’ve had at least 20 panic attacks this 2018-2019 school year and I haven’t felt so much like I going to die) , he comes to the door and is like you need to calm down... so I had to sit through this panic attack and honestly I haven’t had anything more terrrifying and traumatic happen to me... all because the nurse wouldn’t get off of her personal cell phone

Excellent care. The Carolinas ER makes the McLeod ER look like the playland at McDonald’s during retard day. And no offense to retards, they shouldn’t be in the same sentence as the criminally incompetent folks at McLeod. If you want to be seen quickly, and to have a staff who cares and tries to be the best, go to Carolinas.
