I had a great experience with the nurse and doctor. I was seen right away no waiting. My issue is with another staff member. Upon leaving I was told to go see registration again. I was told I had a couple hundred dollar copay and was asked to pay . I was taken back as I felt it was a large amount and was not confirmed with insurance company. The woman kept being persistent that I pay immediately on the spot. I told her I would take care of it and I wanted to confirm with insurance first. Was then told I had to come back the next day to pay. The woman was badgering me for money. I told her that I wasn't feeling well and would take care of it. I was very upset as I was just seen in the emergency room and was ill. I finally said I am not dealing with this badgering and left. I can't believe how unprofessional and rude that woman was. Never in my life have I had that happen. I will never go back there again.

Best service Ever!!! Went in with a piece of metal in my eye immediately was taken into the back to be seen. Doctors were very attentive and helpful was in and out in like 30 mins. Did the procedure to get the metal out wrote me prescription for my eyes and was on my way back to 100% Great doctors would recommend this team to anyone.

Nurses and Drs are satisfactory and they move you to the back quickly with hardly a waiting room wait. The reception is unacceptable and incompetent. I made 2 visits within 2 weeks both times completing registration with my address, phone number and insurance information. One visit was submitted to my insurances with the correct information while the other had the wrong street number and wrong policy numbers. My insurances paid the one while the other was not. Now the bill was sent to the wrong address so I was unaware that it was unpaid til a collection agency contacted me via phone regarding the physician's bill. I have spent days and numerous hours on hold trying to get this resolved due to their reception/intake's error or just plain spitefullness and a wrong billing code selected by their billing department. All the while receiving daily multiple harassing calls all hours of day from a collection agency. After I tracked down their errors and called the billing dept they assured me it was satisfied by my insurances (which my insurances confirmed the billing dept just needed to submit the correct information with the correct code) and not to worry about it unless i received communication via mail from them. Well 6 months after I have a judgement show up on my credit report against me for this bill processed by different collection agency. Again I call the hospital to get their billing department's number for their ER Dr and given a number in Fla that has no idea what am talking about or nothing to do with patient billing for the Drs. This issue is still unresolved at this time.

the nurses are nice but the doctor that i had was very rude. ive been having severe pain in my stomach & they assumed i was most likely pregnant came back negative. they drew my blood and left me in here for almost 2 hrs with no feedback and im currently still hooked up to the IV THATS NOT EVEN GOING INTO MY SYSTEM. this is why i refuse to ever come back here. the staff is horrible and they act like they don't care and in a rush. Nurse Ashley was very helpful but i never saw her again.

Left feeling the same as when I came in. Doctors & nurses didn't give me a diagnosis for chest pain and sent me away with a 400mg of Motrin. (It didn't help, btw.). They yold me to just go see my primary doctor. Now I still have chest pain and I've wasted 3 hours of my life.

We came in with my son who had hurt his foot. The staff took us right back and began treating him right away. Everyone was very kind and compassionate and we were out of there quickly. I don't WANT to go back any time soon but it's nice to know they're here in MC and provide such great service.

After several visits to ER , NOTHING was done to help my son , THANKS TO ENT DOCTOR ,he is now on antibiotics, steroids to get him on the road to recovery after being diagnosed with SORE THROAT at ER., among several other diagnosis , none of which were the problems

Dedicated to the commitment to the care of human life. BS. THIS IS THE WORST FACILITY. They kicked my bother in law out of the room and put him in a chair in the hallway before the Dr came into see him. The Drs and nurses must be rejects. You would think after so many years of bad reviews you would fix your reputation. Why do you think people would rather go to roper hospital.

Just left this facility and I am disgusted at the treatment that I received. The doctor Christopher A McCrea was condescending to say the least and absolutely NO help at all and disregarded everything that I as a patient said to him!!! The woman that was doing the consent forms was extremely nasty after I told her that I refused to sign anything because the doctor didn’t treat me SHS stormed out of my room. That’s fraudulent to try and charge me when I wasn’t treated I was totally disrespected and will NEVER go back to this facility nor encourage anyone else to go here!!!! Some of those individuals that I encountered today should NOT be employed with such unprofessional attitudes. I’ll definitely be contacting my lawyer. It’s bad enough that African Americans are overlooked when it comes to medical treatment but to experience it first hand I am disgusted!!!

Brought my wife in for abdominal pains and vommitng. I dropped her off at the door and went to park, she was already in with a nurse when I walked in. Very attentive and gave me a prompt payment discount for paying that day. So glad they are close and hopefully we won't need them often but if we don't won't hesitate to go back.

the doctor that I had discharged my son when he was still in pain. I insisted my son be admitted to the hospital. That night in the hospital my son temp was 102. That doctors wanted to send my sick son home. He crazy
