Wonderful experience. Staff was friendly, prompt, and did whatever they could to speed my recovery

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY HealtSouth ""caregivers"" needed just four hours to take an elderly woman (capable of ambulating with a cane and feeding herself unaided ) and leave her bed-bound, unable to walk, with total loss use of right arm. I hand-carried her records down there; they now say they do not have them. They took photos of her unclothed body as part of the admissions and now deny they ever did so. They refuse request for the records saying they do not have them. Summarily, STAY AWAY !!!! You will search long and hard through the worst of nursing / rehab facilties to find one as dismally, and dangerously, incompetent as HealthSouth.

I’m so thankful for the way my mother was treated in this rehab center. Everyone took care of her with empathy and compassion, always sweet and with a smile. She never felt alone or forgotten by the staff; she is so grateful for having the opportunity to recover in this center.

An excellent experience for my 95 year old mom recovering from a broken foot. OT, PT, Case Manager, Nurses, Nursing assistants, food services, doctors were compassionate, understanding, professional, and provided great care.

Horrible experience. My mother in law was not given meds correctly and they confined her to the bed and knocked her out with meds to keep her there. One nurse complained to my husband and I that the doctors didn't even do there job.
