My father rehabilitated here after his back surgery a few years ago and again recently after hip surgery. He is a big fella and not always the easiest patient. And yet, the staff from the front desk and security all the way up to the nurses and case workers are amazing. I of course did not meet everyone involved in his care, but everyone I did meet was compassionate, hard working and most of all, capable! I am sure the cleaning staff is amazing too because the place is very clean. Thank you for helping to take care of him and making his healing process easier!

A relative was a patient at this facility for 2 weeks. Staff is the best. The meals were good and she enjoyed them. The therapy staff worked wonders and were patient. Also, this is a very secure facility and safety and security are obviously a primary mandate. However, the best thing about this facility is one of the caring case workers named Cari Jo. She cares about her patients as if they were family. She has followed up after my relative's discharge. This is an amazing facility. It's like an upscale hotel, hospital and therapy clinic were merged into one, but that aside, the staff is what makes this place great!

My dad fell while in S. Carolina and was placed here until he was well enough to come home to Pennsylvania. When I visited him the staff was great. My dad was happy and well taken care of.

My mother recently went to Encompass after a brief hospital stay. She has had two hip surgeries and a back surgery so she is no rookie when it comes to a rehab center. But this one was great. This is how it should be. She was treated with great care. They took care of every detail. She has a large meds list and typically HCP get it mixed up. There folks knew everything they needed to know. My mother even said it was the best healthcare stay she had ever had. If you need to stay in a physical rehab center. Make your doc send you to Encompass!
