Don't go here!! Had a friend get tested for a soar throat and they missed that he had leukemia!!!! I had to have X-rays here bc I thought my arm was broken and the doctor came in two hours later they didn't even give me ib or Tylenol and they told my hand wasn't broken and the doctor was surprised when I said it wasn't my hand that was hurting me it was my forearm. Also iv been in a room they assigned us and I looked down while sitting on the bed and saw someone else's blood pooled up that hadn't been cleaned up!! if your pregnant they don't have the equipment to exam you at all you would just need to keep driving until easley Baptist or Greenville. They are not very good at keeping up will if you have ever been there to or even putting your insurance in they just like to put self pay in. Long story short just keep driving to the next hospital!!!

They do nothing to help you better to just take care of yourself at home. You will get better on your own or die is the attitude.

You will not find a better emergency room physician than Dr. Mike Dillard. I can't speak as to the other ER physicians, but if Dr. Dillard is on, you will be well taken care of.

This place has the rudest staff and doctors or play play doctors ever, i came in the room and was telling the doctor what was wrong with me down to the factd she just says sounds like and allergen

ER not a very Friendly place. I was there from 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm just to tell me I had a kendey infection. I could've been at home and in my bed resting.

Overall this is a pretty good place. They got me a mammogram when I was having major difficulty getting one. But after my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound I called to find out specifics about my report and was instead given gross generalizations which were inaccurate without the person even looking at my chart.

My father recently spent several days in the CCU at AnMed Health Cannon, and my family was SO impressed with the medical staff there and the care that he received. Not only was he well cared for, but the nurses also looked out for my Mom, making sure that she took time to go eat and rest as well. nice staff but always sending my bill to the wrong address so im not getting them.will have people call me and read out my address and its all wrong even though ive changed it to the correct address 2 different times once at registration and once on the phone with the business office then get told i have like a week to pay the entire amount.send it right and you would get paid i dont have time to chase anybody to pay them or be on the phone all day!

Every single person that I came into contact with during my stay had a pleasant bedside manor that is a true rarity now days in health care! I hv worked in health care. I hv been on patient end of it the last few yrs and my problems are not fun but I felt that the staff truly cared about my care , were very personable as well ,all while maintaining professionalism! These people take their jobs seriously and this place is a gem to Pickens county.

I’ve been to the ER twice and have had a wonderful experience. The first time was for a kidney stone. the second time they discovered gall stones, and sent me on to have my gall bladder removed. They were very helpful and as fast as an ER can be waiting on tests to come back and a crowd coming thru!

I cannot believe the most horrible service I actually had a doctor cancel a prescription because he could not do a prior authorization because he just did not want to do it so a prescription after thousands of dollars spent on physical and check-ups I am refused a prescription just because they didn't want to do a phone call a two-minute phone call to my prescription insurance do not have anything to do with this facility or doctors related to this facility including Cannon family practice you will not get the service you will not get the healthcare even though you paid thousands of dollars for it

Had outpatient . Hv had 10 surgeries last 12 yrs. Worst experience ever. Put to sleep at nurses station b4 entering Or, with no monitors on me. Staff was pleasant, but after surgery they offered me snack and then apologized for not having anything to give me. They took off IV and on way out of hospital I was bleeding and dripping on floor. Never had staff take any surgery so casually, always had them in greenville where patient care was utmost. I wud not recommend any surgery here othan than an ingrown toenail.

After sitting there for 3 hrs before being seen new doctor John Adams when I got there only I was in waiting area get a room Dr Adams comes in looks at my arm swollen really bad he then asked do I have insurance I said no but I got cash he steps back says I think antibiotics then says maybe cut it drain it Pac it he has the nurse get the stuff she brings it in real quick I sat there for another 2 and half hrs the nurse says he is coming in this whole time did not come back to ask if I was ok needed anything I asked for ibrophen to deaf ears I sit down for another 30 min heard nurse say number 2 was ready I stepped out the door Dr Adams says your next I thought it went by who was priority he was going around treating people with a cough or a kid that was on meth says he took 2 pills now seeing stuff all because I said I had no insurance so I walked up to nurses station said I was leaving he didn't even turn around before I said I didn't have insurance hr says this van get life threatning real quick have to add the nurses here are wonderful very nice quick at there jobs thank u nurses they keep apologizing for the long wait for new Dr

Brought my son in bc he had a spot on his leg get infected. WAited an hour to see the doctor for 2 mins and wait to be discharged for another 45 mins. And they wonder why they don't have any beds available. The hole time the nurses are hanging out not doing there jobs. This er visit was a waist of time

Every time I come here I get sent home my Dr works in this hospital so I come back up when they open bam....put in hospital for 4 days this is not the first time this has happened the only reason I come here is because my doctor's here I'm just not going to come back anymore and go to Easley if I have an emergency because this is ridiculous

Pour service! No one know how to put a IV in!! Nor take one out!! Still have a sore! Didn't get lunch! No a very professional place. Wouldn't be admitted there again!!

The Doctors I have seen here are mostly condescending and distant. Poor bedside manner. I felt insignificant and perceived as a nuisance. If there was a better ER within a decent driving distance, I would go. If not for one kind nurse, I would rate 0 stars.

About half the ER staff needs to work on their bedside manner. One nurse rolled her eyes when she asked for a urine sample and i said i just went and didn't have anything to give. The older lady receptionist was extremely slow at putting in my info to even get me admitted knowing my pain level was extremely high. They did resolve the problem though.

Everyone was very nice. Cared about my health & concerns. Explained my health issues & went of their way to make sure I was comfortable & well taken care of, Best hospital around.
