Very clean, high-tech and the staff were all professional, kind and respectful. I went on a busy night, but wait time was still reasonable. My nurse was amazing, empathetic and helpful. My doctor took the time to fully explain the rationale for my treatment plan. Highly reccommend this ER.

They were awesome at first. I was transferred from walk in to them. As soon as I was okay they switched up... like I wasted their time and only treated me for my chest pain and not the list of other issues I had. Now i am home non stop throwing up I called and they said well come back. I feel they should have addressed all issues not focus on one and send me home. Just because I am a happy positive person in general they felt I was ok

Very nice and friendly staff. The emergency room was very full. I was able to get into a room faster then i thought i would have. Very very nice friendly and down to earth people. The doctor that saw me acted like a real genuwin person that didnt mind sharing in doing a little bit of every thing. Example: i had asked for ginger ale he went and got it with a cup and smile. At 1 point also got a sandwich for me and ask my husband later if he would like one. Both me and my husband where very impressed.

Brought my husband in for a cardiac issue. Staff very professional and attentive. Area was very cold and the Nurse gave me a warm blanket! We felt well treated.

Waited over four hours without treatment, staff gave every excuse they had while other patients were ushered in. Have infection spreading through leg and had a woman with a stomachache was seen before me. Understand that patients with severe health conditions are seen first, but if something that my doctor tells me is a priority to be seen and xrayed gets brushed over all night while someone with moderate stomach pain gets seen first then someone needs to figure out priorities. I hope this hospital gets better protocol.

Good experience at the Miriam ER / short wait time. Staff was professional and Dr. Sullivan was very polite and knowledgeable. He helped reassure me I didn't have pneumonia. Felt like I was in competent hands and would definitely go back to the Miriam ER again if need be.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hospital! My wife’s doctor told us to bring her in to Miriam for kidney stones. The poor girl was doubled over in pain yet we waited over two hours and never even seen by the triage nurse! The waiting area is tiny and poorly designed to the extent that I couldn’t fit the wheelchair by without everyone moving to bring her to the one working restroom. I will NEVER go back there even if I was dying because I’d probably die in the waiting room anyways!

Took my niece here on a pretty busy night. The nurses were caring and brought her back to be seen soon after we arrived. The doc was thoughtful and put her at ease. They checked on her frequently and she felt much better by the end of the visit would definitely go here again.

Just awful care! Miriam used to be my go to hospital but after this evening never again! The ER is so backed up this evening it’s unbelievable! My husband checked into the ER at 10 PM- it’s now 3 AM and hasn’t been seen by a Dr yet! He has just been told they can’t say how much longer it will be! What kind of care is this- all about profit not care any longer! Lifespan should be very ashamed of the lack of care and compassion at this Hospital!

Great hospital experience! I'm so grateful to the doctors and staff for taking such good care of me after a recent fall. The ambulance brought me to the Miriam Hospital after I tripped on the sidewalk. I hit my head and was dizzy, and had a cut on my face. The nurses, doctors, and staff at the Miriam were terrific. Dr. Bilal did a thorough evaluation to make sure I didn't have any serious injuries. The cut on my forehead needed stitches and has healed really well. This is my second visit to the Miriam Hospital ED. I highly recommend coming here if you need emergency care!

Been to this hospital twice since memorial closed and never even been seen by triage waiting over 3 hours!!!! I just called because I am having pain in my kidney, from previous experience I need to be seen so I called to ask for a rough estimate of how long it will take and the dumb idiot that answered the phone said she can not give that info over the phone...I am just trying to figure out what hospital to go to! I’ll never go back there again! I hate that they closed memorial it was such a great hospital especially for issues like these that need immediate attention now I am forced to drive to Providence because no other ER closer to home!! Way to go pawtucket
