I would not give even one star if google would let me. I have never written a review before and I hate to do it now. I went to this ER while on vacation. It was about 9:30am. I sat there for about 2 hours watching everyone go in ahead of me. When I inquired I was told my pain was not severe enough and I would be lucky to be seen today unless people stopped coming in. I thought it was odd but did not want to waste my vacation in the ER. I had a kidney stone, I took over the counter and drank a lot of water and wish I had never gone in the first place. I was ok with all of that, I didn't get mad or angry until I got home and found a bill for $795 waiting for me. I calmly called and explained my situation. They told me they would review my case. I just got a call back sayin they have closed my case and I still owe $795. I am shocked. They took my insurance and don't have record of that, they want to bill my insurance even though I was not seen. I am very aware of why they get so many bad reviews. If you go, lie and say your pain is a 10 if you want to be seen.

Absolutely the worst ER I have been too. Check in at ER was to the rudest staff. Then wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. Within the 2 hours one person was called in. Staff stand in around doing nothing. Several people left without being treated including us. Recommendations DON'T GO HERE! If you are on you death bed expect to wait several hours with a staff that has an additude of WHATEVAH! Negative stars if could be rated.

I’m giving a 5* review for the care I received today for a severe asthma flare up. I was promptly checked in and then administered to immediately by the kind staff in the ER, particularly a nurse named Lisa.

No bed side manner and I Have waiting with my mom for 6 hours and she is in pain at a level 10

Someone is really in pain due to a tooth and they turn you away. I wouldn't bring an animal to this soon to be a vacant building.

Ugh. Try to go ANYWHERE else. Was feeling a bit vulnerable. The security employees are disrespectful and demeaning. They are more concerned with entertaining themselves than treating patients with honor and dignity. The security Dept needs a 100% overall. They behave this way because they think they can get away with it. Shameful. Esp in this day and age

Dirty, waited 2 hours to just get to my paperwork after seeing a Dr for 2 mins with a major infection in my elbow... Last year after vising for a forced split on on black ice I was never was touched by an MD was brutully thrown about by x-ray tech. Was sent home with 2 "sprained ankle"... I actually had multiple broken bones in both feet and ankles, a fractured pelvic that was sitting improperly ripping pelvic ligaments and 4 compressed vertabrae. I would have never gone back but my Dr looked my elbow yesterday and sent me right in..To wait. Nurse and doctors are rude, slow, unconcerned, and unskilled. Do yourself a favor and go to Miriam. Considering my sister is a master's level surgical nurse, I've seen proper care and treatment of patients and this was the opposite in everyway possible. They should be closed down.
